Just watched a guy yell at these poor workers who were just explaining how the amazon returns process works and they tried ro explain it in term my own child could understand.. im sorry to those two guys there today, and I hope their day gets better. Because that gentleman was a peice of work. Excellent service for me hands down

Every time I come here it is a hassle. I thought today would be simple, as I was returning a brand new item I never even removed from the original shipping box.
$2 to print a Return Label (an Amazon Return that can’t be dropped off at the Whole Foods across the same parking lot for some reason) — last time I had to buy a box from them because my order of 2 identical items came in 1 box and they made me do the return in 2 separate boxes ($4.99 for the UPS box) AND the tape (super cheap clear tape that shreds when you try to use it for $5.99 a small roll…)
I recommend avoiding this place at all costs. Unless Amazon forces you to use UPS for some reason. It’s always a hassle, and they always nickel and dime you.
My iPhone (Verizon) also gets no reception inside the store (?!) so I need to walk into the parking lot multiple times during the transaction to download a QR code or send an email to their printer or retrieve an address.
UPS is not quite as bad as USPS, yet, but it’s getting close.

I thought good customer service didn’t exist until I was greeted today by Sos and Jordan. I had a big Amazon return they can to my car and carried my item into the store Sos noticed it could use more tape on the box so he added more tape Jordan handled my return along with nice conversation. These two gentlemen didn’t know that I was having a shitty day but after I left m heart was happy.

This store is great! I go to this store at least 10 times a month, and every time I've received excellent customer service! .. specifically an employee named JORDAN!! He has always been incredibly nice and remembers me on a first name basis!.. as someone like myself that does a lot of shipping it's a great feeling to have a hard working employee like JORDAN to great me with a smile and is quick and efficient with my packages every single time!! Like I mentioned before, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! EVERY TIME!!! .. the only thing I would change is the stores hours closing at 6:30 pm. Wish they stayed open till 8pm .. other than that, this store and the staff get a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating and will always get my business!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had such a great experience at The UPS Store that I had to share. After struggling to send prescription medication overseas through another service, I was feeling frustrated and stuck. That’s when I reached out to Roshan, the owner—and I’m so glad I did.
From the moment we spoke, he was kind, patient, and really listened to what I needed. He walked me through my options, helped me downsize the packaging (which saved me a good chunk of money), and gave me a clear breakdown of the best shipping rates. No pressure, no upselling—just honest, helpful advice.
What really stood out was how he followed up afterward, checking on the status of the shipment and making sure it got where it needed to go. You don’t see that kind of service every day.
If you need to ship anything—especially something a little tricky—definitely talk to the owners here. They made a stressful situation so much easier, and I’m really grateful for that.

We needed to ship an antique desk, and they did a great job getting it safely crated up and shipped across the country for considerably less than it would have cost to rent a vehicle and drive it ourselves. They kept me informed through each step of the process and let me know exactly when it would be picked up and when it was dropped off on the other side.

They are so nice. I have a pickup item left at this store. Even though the store was closing, they waited for me 15 minutes and I got my package before Thanksgiving. They save my thanksgiving! 🙏

I got our wedding invitations printed here, and the team here made it a great experience! They patiently helped me through several iterations to make sure the print looked just right. The quality of the prints was better than the other print shops I had tried before coming here. Plus, all the employees were very friendly and eager to help me every time I came in. 5/5

Couldn’t give 0 but shipped a rather heavy item (64lb) marine / tv stove to Hawaii. Paid for they’re own packing with additional package protection and insurance - the item arrived completely damaged and unusable. And now they don’t want to pay even though I paid extra for insurance to cover the item. Worst packaging and service I’ve ever encountered for a courier / shipper. Go to FedEx unless you have to drop some Amazon crap off here.

Refused to accept my USPS pacakes bc it wasn't clothes and I had more than 1. Since when does UPS restrict what I can drop off for a USPS pick up?? This location sucks! Broomfield UPS is waay better!

$3 to print a single shipping label in black and white, no color!? I don't want to hear anything about the cost of doing business or "that's the market". That's outrageous and price gouging, definitely won't come back.

Wow…worst customer service ever. Dropped off a package yesterday, they were busy, so the gentleman working on my returns said I didn’t need to wait on a receipt. BIG MISTAKE! My package that I brought to return yesterday was just delivered to my house?!?!? No return label was ever put on the box. They said, oh well, call Nike…good luck! No apologies, nothing! Called Nike while in the store and got a new return QR code, so, hopefully it makes it this time. I got a receipt and watched him put on the label. Fingers crossed! Find somewhere else to drop off your packages, or make sure you watch the entire process and get a receipt.
