This is the UPS that I bring my Amazing returns to. They are always friendly, patient, and helpful. I've only ever had good experiences here. Today one of the employees spent extra time helping me track down the model number on two otherwise identical products to ensure the right labels were applied. He was so gracious in helping.

Wonderful experience here. I had several boxes of items in disarray, and the staff was exceedingly helpful and nice, and went above and beyond to make sure things were done correctly. Thank you!

The manager of the store took a lot of time to help me figure out how to mail several framed pictures. The frames were large and old, and he explained to me the best way to ship them. They arrived a few days later, completely intact, and I credit this to his great packing. He seemed like he was very interested in pleasing his customers.

I visited the store twice to get forms urgently notarized. The first day, the notary said he could not do it because he had a lot of work (even though it was before 5 PM).The next day I called and was told to come before 2 PM. On arriving, the sane notary told me he was the only one person there and I needed to come back at 2:30 or 3:00 PM (although the person on the phone expressedly said that notary hours ended at 2 PM). When I told him that I’d called and had already made a couple trips, and reasonably suggested he help me since (at the time) there was no one at the store, and if needed, he could take his time to help other customers too, he rudely said that since I was arguing, he was NOT to going to notarize the forms at all! Was this some sort of power trip? Another customer came in and witnessed this exchange as well.Why have notary hours that are not upheld and a designated notary who doesn’t seem to want to do the work?NB: I’ve been a patron of this store for several years and have never had such an unpleasant encounter.

I came at 8:15 and there was a man waiting outside the store with a package he had to ship. It says they open at 8 AM but they were closed. He ended up leaving and two other cars pulled in and had to leave. Please change your opening time if 8 AM isn’t accurate.

They work with the corporations to maximize each other's profits, at the expense of the customer getting squeezed for every penny. I was told that I couldn't use the box that the shoes came in to ship back to the company I ordered from. UPS wanted me to purchase THEIR box, which of course was more $$.

I've had nothing but good experiences here. I've had a lot of Amazon and Zappos returns, and the employees have been patient and helpful every time.

I have subsequently gone in to this location for something else and I am pleased to report that my initial review is no longer valid. They had a poor employee and that employee is gone now. The people who work here now are friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you!

"The UPS store at 2505 W University Dr in Denton TX made me pay $3.00 for a single piece of tape before they would accept my Amazon return. A Happy customer is not important to that store."

Do NOT use for Amazon Returns! I have typically used this store to ship items to family and friends within the U.S. I had also used them to return boxes, which I had packed, back to Amazon. However, Amazon has a new program that has the customer bring in their items unboxed, so UPS can ship multiple items back in one box from different orders and customers. I decided to take the chance of returning three Amazon items to this store. The customer service representative scanned the return code, weighed the items, and gave me a receipt. Somehow, this store lost two of the three items, so I only received credit from Amazon for one of them. I find it interesting that the pillow covers made it into the return box, but the two necklaces I tried to send back did not. I'm not sure if this situation was just the store's incompetence or perhaps the employees took a five finger discount, but I will not be returning to this store again.

UPDATE: It’s come to my attention that UPS stores are owned in a franchise model. As such, it’s not fair to place the blame on the franchise. I’m leaving this review up but updating the stars to reflect the poor shipping logistics handled by corporate (which handles your package as soon as it leaves the franchise’s hands and is thus still relevant).OLD REVIEW (1-star): Avoid UPS. My urgent UPS package which was supposed to arrive two days prior was re-routed to this UPS store inexplicably. After a day of transit, the tracking portal said the package could, in fact, not be shipped to this store's access point. The brilliant alternative they offered was for me to drive to their package center in Commerce City (1 hour plus round trip).So, if you would like to do the actual driving and shipment of the package yourself AND have your package be inexplicably delayed, choose UPS. Clown hours over here...

Terrible customer service. I had a confirmed appointment at this store. When I showed up at the appointment time they told me the person I had an appointment with went home and there was nothing they could do. These guys are the worst.
