The lack of empathy at the prescription counter was disappointing. He accepted my prescription and immediately closed the window for lunch, leaving me waiting for half an hour. They could have simply declined to take the order. I wasn’t required to fill it there—and I was in real pain at the time

Koran the manager over in the auto center is amazing I got an oil change the previous day and my oil light came on turns out it was just low by .3 quarts but he redid the whole oil change checked everything under the hood and gave me store credit for my oil change. Great customer service, great manager
