Talk about being rude , the older lady short hair , is very rude , the older guy working is very nice and polite , but I don’t know what’s her problem she is very rude to people

Why is there no home delivery for mail ? Can anyone explain it , even manzanola has home mail delivery , and it’s much smaller than swink
