Michelle was super accommodating. We called, and she came to reopen the shop for us. Had a great conversation. Great service.

One of the best massages I’ve ever had, hands down. The ladies are extremely nice and the spa is such a comfortable atmosphere. I will make this a stop for every telluride trip.

Walked in to buy a simple product as we were passing by. Too bad I didn't see all of these awful reviews ahead of time. Owner is rude, condescending and just a straight up nasty person. We couldn't get out of there fast enough. How does this woman continue to operated a business in Telluride?!?

I reviewed this place years ago because I was treated so poorly by the owner. Every once and a while I check on this business and see nothing has changed. She still is nasty. I can't understand how this place stays in business with such poor customer experiences.

Update - this review is not fraudulent. I waited a few days after our visit to think about, and write this review. Our visit was actually a few days before the review and the owner was indeed going on vacation. She was very clear to tell us that. I was so shocked by her vile personality and approach that it took me a few days to get my thoughts together. Then I looked at the other reviews and realized it wasn't just us. This is a common experience. Changing the name of her business won't fix who she is. That name will also get bad reviews.

Yeesh! I maybe should have read the reviews before coming here. I walked away thinking "hmm, that was an interesting experience..." and now am seeing that maybe I'm not alone! I had a mama's day out to shop and roam around town and when I saw chair massages on a sign outside, I said, "sign me up!" I was greeted by the owner who was friendly and happy to see me. She then called a masseuse who was nearby at the park to come and do my chair massage. It took him about 10 minutes to get there which was no biggy because there are comfy couches, water, and interesting merchandise to look at. I learned that they are mostly aiming to focus on their oxygen bar moving forward. Ok, now to the massage. It was not great. He definitely talked a lot and made it sound like he knew anatomy, etc. but I felt like he was just poking me the entire time. I left feeling the exact same/maybe even a little more stiff than when I walked in. Not to mention, he and the owner got in a little tiff while he was massaging me and he said the "F" word! I was shocked. I could tell that there was tension between them for sure. Anyways, I can see how this might be a good spot to get oxygen to battle high altitude symptoms, but I wouldn't get a chair massage here again.

My friend and I went to Telluride for a girls trip and got the works which is a facial and massage! I hadn’t had a facial before but plenty of massages and this is the best massage I have ever had. They have a military discount and are at the far end of the Main Street in town!Thank you so much!

I called to ask if they did manicures and pedicures here. The woman was very rude and told me she didn't do manicures- I politely asked if she knew anywhere where they did both and she said, again, VERY rudely that unless I wanted to book with her she was busy and had a client and couldn't help me. It was shockingly rude. I would NEVER attempt to go here.

This business is NOT worth your money or time. The owner is extremely rude and overcharges you and has a NASTY attitude when she realizes you CAUGHT her overcharging you (believe me, she KNOWS what she’s doing!) and has to refund you. She was extremely rude when she realized she overcharged me—given all the places I could go to, she should know to respect customers or lose business...There are SO many nicer people in Telluride offering massage and oxygen services-this place is awful and such a waste of space in this beautiful town. The owner is not worthy of business and has NO CLUE about customer service-I even saw her act disrespectfully towards an employee while I was there. TURN AROUND AND RUN from this place unless you want to be overcharged then treated nastily when the owner realizes you caught her cheating you!

The blonde woman who owns this place is a HORRIBLE human being-she has to be the rudest nastiest person I've ever encountered--should NOT be running a business that caters to helping people with oxygen (and her place does not look like the clean nail/spa salons I'm used to)she needs medication for whatever personality disorder she's suffering on as she only spews vulgarity (she mistreated another customer in such a nasty way I felt compelled to write this on their behalf). Do not give her your business, she will cheat you under your very nose!

I walked in asking if they could do a polish change. I was astonished to hear her tell me no in a very rude tone followed by people with money don't get polish changes and I turned away a $200 gel manicure I don't need to accept your small business. This was while there was not a single customer in the store. I'll take my business elsewhere to places with kind people. Good luck.

The owner is very rude to tourists! I STRONGLY would not recommend this establishment. Do not bring your business to the AromaSpa. Have more respect for out of state tourists!!
