This place is LEGIT! Comfort in all the ways it counts, bed, room, sauna, hot tub, etc. SO CLOSE to lift 8!! Ski locker was thirty five feet from my room!! Everything is right there. Town is all around if you want to venture out too. It's all around you, perfectly. Only improvement could be adding more protein to the breakfast.

This was a delightful experience. The guys at the front desk were really helpful. We went in the off season so there wasn’t alot of people. Since it was the off-season he waived the parking fee. In my opinion it was worth the money. We stayed a few nights in a deluxe room. We enjoyed it! Room was clean, beds were super comfy. Pretty big bathroom with separate shower & bathtub. Only complaint is the bathtub is huge, takes forever to fill up & is super slippery…unsafe!Rooms: Room was huge! Had a separate bedroom which was so nice! Lots of closet space!Bathroom was huge compared to normal hotel bathrooms. Bathtub would’ve been better if it wasn’t so slippery! Couples would enjoy this bathtub, it’s big enough for 2 people! They take pride in cleaning these rooms! Will definitely stay here again!

This was the worst value for the money of any place I have ever stayed. I don't know how it gets the ratings it does. There is no service, to speak of. The front desk personnel appear uninterested. You have to ring a bell to get them to come out to the desk. The room was terrible. There is no ventilation in any of the bathrooms, thus they fog over immediately when the shower is on. The hottub and sauna area is right next to the laundry facility for the hotel and appears unkempt and uninviting. Breakfasts are not great, unless you like bagels and lox. The granola parfaits are warm and soggy if you get there at 8:15 or later. The same breakfast occurs every day. Fresh diced fruit was gone and unfilled as of 8:15 on both days. Bagels are storebought and toasted by the ladies there apparently only to toast toast or bagels. They just stand around for 2 hours unless you want something toasted. This is the worst $500 a night place I have ever stayed. (Price included $15 a night parking and the 8% "resort fee" that is charged per night. Also, no amenities in the bathroom except shampoo and conditioner. No lotion. No body wash. You get to use the sliver of bar soap to shower with. You can do much better in Telluride than this. The only think this place had going for it is that it is close to the tram up to Mountain Village. Period.

We booked a 1 night stay at the last minute. It was exactly what we wanted. Perfect location to park the car and walk everywhere we needed to be. The room was decent. The bed was comfortable but the room was not as cool as we had hoped. It seemed to be a common issue perhaps, there was a large fan pre placed in the closet. The room was clean. The manager was kind. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a short stay while passing through and wished we had booked 2 nights. Telluride is such a cool town and this resort is right next to the Gondola. We had a river side room. It was really cool as we could hear the water running with our windows open. The room could use a little updating but it was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Camel's Garden location and staff make it a must stay at hotel. The contential breakfast included delicious yogurt parfaits and hot cinnamon rolls. The staff helped us park our truck and went out of their way to help visitors with luggage during a temporary elevator outage. There are so many places to eat within a couple minute walk and the free gondola is right next to the hotel. There is a little wear and tear, but the view from the balcony can't be beat. You won't be disappointed if you stay here!

Best location of any hotel or resort in Telluride. Walk anywhere in just minutes. Staff, and especially the chamber maids and ladies who provide the breakfast, are superb. Other reviews complaining about the beds are ridiculous; they are more than adequate with a lovely pillow selection. I will stay here every time I come to Telluride.

Doug, the manager, was the most accommodating and customer-friendly person we could have hoped to encounter. We initially ran into a snag with the guy who runs the ski locker room; he was obstinate and unyielding. We were told we could store our ski boots there, but he was not going to allow it nor make any exceptions for us -even though we were part of a huge party and were told by another employee that we could utilize the storage space. Doug understood and put the customer first, smoothed it over, and even sent us an apology note with a complementary bottle of red wine. The hotel is in a perfect location, directly next to the gondola, and was very clean and contemporary.

5th stay at this fabulous Hotel. The location is perfect, a stones throw from the gondola, Galloping Goose stops in front of the hotel, one block walk to the main street with galleries, shops and restaurants. That is location, now for the wonderful staff. All are pleasant, accommodating and doing all they can to make our ski group of 47 welcome and comfortable. Great hotel, fabulous staff, wonderful town and superb snowing.

Superb hotel in Telluride! Unbeatable location right next to the gondola. Very convenient to have your ski rentals, lodging, and ski valet all in the same building. The rooms are spacious, includes continental breakfast (yogurt parfait with berries, bagels, cinnamon rolls, etc), and includes wine apres ski! Everyone at the hotel has been so kind and accommodating to our large group. Look forward to coming back again!

Telluride is the best skiing - never a queue at any lift - and literally every person who works at Telluride goes out of their way to be nice, helpful, and help make out visit the best it can be. Camel's Garden Hotel & Condominiums is head and shoulders above the rest of the local accomodations. Not only is it the closet thing to a ski in /ski out property, but every member of the staff and management do their utmost to make our stay pleasant and worry free. If we have a problem - we alert management and it's promptly fixed. Today we reported a light bulb out in our room and it was replaced within the hour. Locker room storage of our skis and poles makes it easy for us to start and end our day - the locker room attendants are consistently professional and polite. If you want great skiing - Telluride may be your best bet. If you're planning a trip to Telluride - Camel's Garden is the best place to stay. ⛷️⛷️⛷️⛷️⛷️

Tom certainly made our stay unique! His sense of humor made our check in amazing. Great location and a really fun and upbeat staff. The ski locker guy was amazing with information about the mountain and the town. I think it was Michael and Tom that made out trip amazing! Thanks guys!
