Marcin Ostromecki helped my wife and I with the purchase of a pretty confusing deed restricted property. The language used in the deed restrictions can be tricky and Marcin helped clarify and simplify things. He diligence and patience are surpassed by none that I have seen! With out his help, we would not be full time, year round homeowners in Telluride. Thank you Marcin!
