Best bar in Telluride! Especially if Remi is behind bar

Went in May. Bartender was rude. Clientele obnoxious. Music horrible. Wine was awful.

Hot and sweaty but fun late night grass show. Kitchen Dweller did a great show.

O' Bannons is an end of the night type place. It's stinky, underground and divey, but the bartenders are nice and there are activities to keep your party busy. There are live djs there pretty often and sometimes they're alright. Definitely the bar where you are most likely to see a fight break out, so keep an eye if ya boys are getting rowdy.

The only spot in town for decent music, company, and beers that won’t cost you a second mortgage.

My boyfriend and I were so excited to try out this pub, it looked awesome! We were incredibly compliant with the Covid rules. We waited outside until the bartender had time to seat us. She asked for our IDs and looked at them and at us for so long that it made us uncomfortable. We offered to show her our military IDs if it would help and she rolled her eyes and didn’t answer. She immediately started lecturing us angrily about what we were and were not allowed to do. She felt so incredibly hostile towards us and we had given her absolutely no indication that we were anything but compliant. When we ordered a drink from the bar, we were standing there for a solid five minutes while she talked to a customer instead of helping us. I accidentally brushed up against a chair and she berated me about not touching anything for sanitary reasons. Asked for Jameson on the rocks and we received a tiny shot glass, filled up to the top with ice, with half a shot of Jameson in it. She continued to treat other customers poorly to the point that the people seated at the table next to us said “was the bartender also incredibly rude to you guys? I don’t know what I did to piss her off!” I have truly never had a worse experience at a bar. I realize tensions are running high with everything going on, but that is no excuse for the lack of common decency this bartender displayed. I would never go back and would never recommend this place to anyone else.

Have been here multiple times and have found to avoid certain employees, but lately... seems they all are sick of being there and it shows blatantly once you're in the door. Even when it was extremely slow, the bartender acted as if we were taking up too much space and pissing her off. She'd chat it up at the end of the bar with her local friends (we are locals too), but the second she came back to do anything for us it was like pulling teeth. Not worth it anymore... even if it used to be better

I love this bar! Great priced drinks, and the bartenders give you a great pour too. Staff is really nice, along with that. Even though it is considered a locals bar, the locals are very friendly, and very helpful when it comes to getting info about the town.

Best pub around town! Passed owner to owner as these years drift on, the current arrangements and owner offers a certain charm than most other Telluride bars simply can't offer. OB's FTW!

Bartender with the pink hair was SO rude. We were excited to come to a fun Irish pub, but the hostile bartender brought the mood down immediately upon entering. A bar that was meant to have a fun, happy energy was completely brought down for everyone because of this bartender.

A friend told us to come here and we are happy we did. The staff handled themselves and the bar with care and concern, keeping everyone safe and distant. I was very impressed.

Any pub that has free Galaga is alright with me!

Who doesn't love a great mom and pop bar?!?! Personally I would label it as a dive bar. BUT I also think the label, "dive bar" is a revered label. Every one needs a good local dive bar in their back pocket. While I was visiting Telluride, I would frequently visit O'Bannon's if I lived close by. This place is really clean, including restrooms. Something to note, O'Bannon's is located below the street level. Be careful going up or down the stairs regardless of being sober or having a few drinks. We actually met Randy (husband owner) on the street, right outside the pub. He waited on us for a bit before Roxie, the regular bartender arrived. Later we chatted with Randy for a long time. Super nice guy. This place draws you in. It has such a comfortable feeling. With arcade games, pool tables, darts, and foosball. The restaurant serves one kind of food, frozen pizza. They are VERY open about that. Which we appreciated. One cool thing is, they allow you to bring in outside food. I HIGHLY recommend Brown Dog Pizza down the street. Roxie isn't very friendly. Seems to only like locals. Which is a super bummer for people who travel like hitting up local places. But don't let her scare you off.

The owner opened the bar for our party of seven and it was such a cool experience.
