Very nice "sports bar" atmosphere. The food was excellent, ordered a half rack of pork ribs, and the wife had chorizo soup and grilled cheese. Everything was delicious and had its own unique twist. Service was quick and super attentive despite being packed. You can tell the staff is like a well-oiled machine. Would return for sure, especially to catch a basketball game while having a few drinks!

Service was fast but food wasn’t good. Their bbq sauce is just ketchup and vinegar with no bbq. Where frys are hard and the Mac n cheese is as basic as humanly possibly.

The Mac cheese was made by a kindergartner, ketchup hardly improved it( I was astonished). Fries resembled a rock, yet had less seasoning. The barque sauce was lackluster, and left something to be desired. The bottom bun is soggy. The only thing that that redeems this restaurant( if you can call it that) was the speed of the service.

Love this place, the atmosphere and staff are great! Just what you need after hitting the slopes.

Staff was friendly and the place was lively. Unfortunately everything was bland. I’m most disappointed because I’m from the South and they ruined our cuisine lol. The potato salad was sweet and the homemade BBQ sauce was nothing but tomato sauce.Vegetarian options: There are plant-based and vegetarian options.

This is the type of bar you go to for a quick drink after hitting the slopes. This is NOT the spot to go to for food. The sliders are questionable. Bread is soggy, meat is gross. Fries taste like hard freezer burn fries that have been coated with seasoning to “cover” the freezer burn taste. Don’t eat there. Drink, sure.

Apres at the Oak is a great time to stop by. Anytime is probably great but definitely at Apres a great spot to grab a drink and some great bar food. I hate to even claim it as bar food because the flavor and quality is so much more than thar. The wings are awesome! Others in the group enjoyed the food they ordered as well. The atmosphere is sports bar like but very relaxed. Patio has lots of space to spread out and enjoy the last of the sun after a long day of skiing. Right next to the gondola so it's quick and easy to get to if staying in mountain Village.

Great place and much appreciated quality food at a fair price. Let the naysayers go elsewhere allows more room for those who appreciate this Telluride mainstay.

There is a difference between BBQ and tomato sauce. It seems this restaurant is not aware of that. If you've had good BBQ and are hoping for a similar experience, you should look elsewhere.

The beer was cold, but the cerviche was disgusting. Have a drink, but eat elsewhere.

As many others have commented, this is not really a BBQ place. I had the bbq chicken and the generic chicken I get at Whole Foods is juicier and tastier than this. My chicken was a bit tough and dry. It felt like I was eating yesterday's leftovers. The saving grace was the 3-burger slider. Those were actually a bit bigger than expected and they were not dry, but again, the bbq flavor was not there. Meh experience.

Nice establishment. Food was okay but we didn’t necessarily get bbq food. I got Mac and cheese and it was dry and not super cheesy. My boyfriend got fish tacos and said they were good but nothing special. I would definitely have to try again with actual bbq food next
