DO NOT GET SPECTRUM BUSINESS!!!! The worst customer service on the planet, first you will be charged for something they shouldn't charge you for, like a tech visit when you internet goes out multiple times a day for months on end. Then when you call you will be lied to, kept on hold for hours, your , you will be transferred at least 10 times, your call will be dropped and then finally you will be told someone will call you back....They won't.

f it were possible to give Spectrum a negative review I would. I have a business account. I have had it for 5 years. I have called throughout the years requesting Charter to update my City and Zip code. In 5 years, it hasn't happened. Sometimes I would get their mail - more often than not I wouldn't. I found out my phone was disconnected 2 weeks ago. THIS IS A BUSINESS ACCOUNT. Every day without a phone costs me money. Every time I call, I am told the phone will be reconnected in 15 minutes. Every time I check - no phone. Each time I call the company I get transferred a minimum of 2 times. The latest call has now been ongoing for 1 hour and 15 minutes and counting. I have been transferred 5 times. I have absolutely had it with this company. They want to try and connect me with a new plan that costs $50 more a month. Way to reward a loyal customer. Charter/Spectrum whoever you are. You should be ashamed. I cant believe you are still in business.

Extremely SLOW SERVICE for an existing customer. I suddenly only have only one channel -- all of the other channels are gone. This is happening on a Tuesday morning, and Spectrum says they can get a technician out here to fix this until Friday between 3-4 p.m. Unacceptable!!
