Had the kale and mushroom breakfast sandwich everyday and it was amazing. I’m gluten sensitive and the sourdough bread was an amazing substituteThey have gluten free cookies and cupcakes which are so goodEverything is delish and would come again in a heartbeat.

We went here a couple of times because the food was pretty decent and there was generally plenty of seating.

Ordered the breakfast burrito, even though I ate in they still served one of their premade burritos. The wrap was soggy and stuck to the foil. The sausage tasted undercooked. Overall it was very disappointing. Other items looked better. Next time if I go back I will try one of them

My wife and I stopped in for Sunday morning breakfast and we got lucky that two people were leaving their seats at the bar right when we walked in. This place draws a crowd and the line was always 5-15 people long. The baked items looked amazing. We at breakfast at the bar. The server was personable, the food and drinks were tasty. I thought the prices were very fair for Telluride. I highly recommend. It looked tough to find seating and I think that would be frustrating for people and could sway a review. If you find seating I think you'll be pleased. Insider note: locals were skipping the long line and asking the bartenders for bakery items to go. The bartenders would bag up their items and check them out promptly.

I have been to Telluride several times for the film festival and after discovering this restaurant (specifically the kale salad), I get it once a day. It can also be made to go which is perfect for waiting in line or tight windows between films. However, I dock a star because the service is a little inconsistent. Once, when I clearly ordered the veg version with tofu, they brought a dish with both tofu and chicken. When I requested the change, they brought back a dish which I'm pretty sure was the same thing with the chicken taken off as it was way too quick to make a full new one. Also, I've been served at the bar without having to wait in line but other times been scolded by the staff for attempting this. Also, you have to wait in the line even to buy one of their grab and go items which simply doesn't make sense. The salad itself is great. Service, a tad questionable.

This place has a lot of great food, and the sandwiches are fresh. They should have more vegan options.
