I was denied entrance rudely by the employee whom I posted below. Which is odd bc the sign says open 24 hours. Every single 7/11 is open 24 hours even this one regardless of what he claims. Why is he in the store with it light up and a sign that says open if it is closed? Ridiculous and he was so rude he should not be employed by 7/11 he represents the corporation negatively.

Store indicates the ATM is 24 hours. Arrived at 1:27 AM. Doors were locked. Employee (probably the owner) only shook his head and repeated “store is closed… store is closed”. What is the point of having a 24 hour ATM if you can’t get inside to use it?!? Won’t be returning.

Dude locked out all the customers standing around the store taking a break it's 3 am I need gas and nobody n is doing anything 244pm he walked up gave a middle finger on camera date is Feb 3rd

The guy that works tonight every shift he works he sucks and needs better training with especially with customer service. The stores already going down hill the best bet is to better your training .

Terrible looking store, the slurpee machine wasn't running at all and looked as if it had been sitting like that for a long time. That's all I wanted to get so I just left. Very disappointing.

UPDATE **** THEN THEY ADD A LINK YPU CANNOT CLICK GOOD ONE OWNER ***Clearly you guys need to learn how to clean out the coffee pots FYI they can be cleaned I took my wife here to get a coffee and literally a dead fly was in the cup the dude tried acting like it was in the cup which is even worse the cups come sealed until they get put out so be careful here they didn't even care to make it right he just dismissed my wife here is the photo as well

We ordered online it said it would be delivered at 1:08am at 1:30am we were notified the driver returned it to the store at 1:08am and to contact the store to see if they could deliver it again tried calling about 40times now it just hangs up they never answered one time now they are refusing my refund this store is trash DONT ORDER ONLINE they don't even try and deliver they lie and rip u off in the end anyway I could have just went to the store and got ripped off the old fashioned way that's a guarantee at this store........ TRASH TRASH TRASH

Don’t go here at night! This is not a 24 hour location 90 percent of the time!!! I do all I can to avoid having to go to this specific location, which sucks cause I do really like 711 stores. Every time I have gone past 11pm it has a hand written sign in the front door that says we r closed and it is always for a weird amount of time. Like basically it would be up until right before what I am sure shift change would be. But the worst part is that every single time there is a guy standing behind the register leaned back against the counter playing on his phone! If u tap on the door or yell or anything he will not look up and will actually kind of turn away from the door. He is there every single time. It is always the same guy. He is always glued to his phone. Only once when I went at night it was actually open. The guy refused to talk to me. I went up to the counter after circling the store for about three minutes listening to him talk on the phone. When I did go up I stood there and just waited. He continued to talk on his phone and play on his phone. He refused to acknowledge me! I stood there for long then I did looking around the store! I said excuse me twice. Once after a good minute and then again a whole minute or two later. He ignored me both times and acted irritated by me existing. He finally walked up to the counter and then continued to play in his phone and talk! Didn’t say anything to me or that acknowledge me still!!! Eventually I said hello! And so he started to scan my items while in between each item looking back at his phone pushing a few more buttons. He never stopped talking on the phone the entire time either. I tried to ask him for cigarettes and he grunted at me. When he finally got them I tried to say yes those thank you and he cut me off by raising his voice a bit “I know!” And went right back to his phone conversation. He scanned them and then stood there angry and talking. I asked the total twice but he wouldn’t tell me it. Finally I said whatever and slide my card. I grabbed my stuff to leave and said thanks and he didn’t say a word to me!!! Just kept on with his super important phone call. He is a lazy, rude, horribly selfish person! He does not deserve the job and honestly makes me want to avoid all 711s together. As a smoker I go to a 711 everyday spending between 11 and about 25 dollars. I don’t want to be treated like a princess but I seriously at least dessert to be treated like a person that is alive in front of him waiting. Don’t go here at night! They r never open!!!!

I try to avoid having to go into this 7eleven eventhough it is alot cleaner/organized then most and over the past few months the selection of items has gotten better (slightly) ever since this new cashier not sure if he's a manager or what and don't know if he hates his job because that's how it really seems. He's rude, cold always on the phone doesn't acknowledge the customers. He's a vibe killer for sure. The guy before me accidentally gave him the wrong amount of money and he belittled him for it as if it was a big deal or I'm sure that happens often And i went in to add money to my cash app and before i even fully asked if he could he said he almost yelled no cash app we can't do that here. I thought basically all 7elevns are capable of that when i looked up the locations in the app it gave this location but i jut said ok thank you and left. As long as he's working there i wont be going back i don't think its asking to much to expect to be treated with some respect/kindness as a customer.
