Dry needle with exercises helped my neck issues alot!

Lucas helped me get back to running after a knee injury. He was very knowledgeable, kind and very helpful. I’m grateful that I was referred to him and I would 100% recommend this practice and Lucas to anyone who ask about a PT. They are wonderful.
