I took my car to the his location through insurance it took 1 month for them to fix it after a month I picked up my car but it was leaking from the trunk I took back another 4 times to figure out the issue so I talked to the manager the store instead of finding the issue they want to make money from people without having any professional mechanics. It was really really embarrassing time and bad experience with caliber collision.

Carlos is an absolute professional and very knowledgeable in his profession. My car was perfect in the color match and I recommend this location hands down! I felt safe leaving my Blue Dream here and went to AZ with the utmost ease knowing it was in good hands and would be safe.

Brought my vehicle in for repair after someone hit it and this Caliber location works with Progressive. Carlos was great! The communication was excellent and the work was done in an appropriate amount of time. The team even took the time to flatten out my bent license plate, which really speaks to the quality and pride they take in their work. Don’t hesitate to bring your car here for repairs.

I had a really good experience with Caliber. Dawnelyn was very informative and kind throughout the entire process. She gave me frequent updates on my vehicle and had me in and back on the road before I knew it. I would highly recommend going to Caliber Collision in Thornton!

Highly recommend this place! Carlos was absolutely fantastic. I hit a deer and needed a lot of repairs. I had a lot of issues with backordered parts and Carlos did the impossible and was able to get my car back up and running! Thank you for all your hard work I'm sure it wasn't easy!

I called and made an appointment for this morning and met with Ben. He listened to what I said about a door lock problem and was very attentive. He asked if I could give him a few minutes so that he could take the vehicle back to the shop to have a technician take a look. In just a short time he was back, and that technician Ben was able to do the repair! This place is awesome! I was told by the Nissan dealership that it would cost $250.00 just to look at it, and that fee would not be deducted even if I had the repair done. Could have been $100's additional! Thanks to both Ben's for being honest!

I walked in and asked for estimate on a minor job I needed done and I met Matt who took my car and fixed my issue in under 10 minutes!! The employees at this shop display the highest customer service and courteousness that is rare to find and see these days!! I am going to recommend this shop to anyone I know who needs a vehicle taken care of and I'm going to make sure they ask for Matt. Thank u caliber collision
