The manager for at this location is an utter joke. Miss Lee shame on you for treating my handicap parents with disrespect, and not listening to their request. Both of my parents are handicapped They need a little bit of special help. I went into help them, Miss Lee, the branch manager has made me helping my parents and utter chaotic mess. Beware, she will individually roll your handicap parents into her office talk to them individually and make them sign something. They’re not sure they’re signing she did that to my mother and did not give my mother a debit card checks or access to her account. Something is crazy going on there. Beware if corporate can give me a call. I would appreciate it if corporate could please reach out to me. I would appreciate it. This is insane to handle somebody’s tens of thousands of it is utter disgrace . Cecilia Lee you don’t deserve to be a manager there I tried calling other branches. They would not talk to me because she had flagged the account and told them not to speak with me. I just need some simple questions answers that didn’t have anything to do with an account, I need to get corporate number none of the branches in Colorado which share the number I still don’t have it, we will be removing our money from this bank immediately be careful with your money

The Thornton branch goes through managers and people like crazy no one knows there jobs or manager trying to get help refinance my loan gives me error Everytime days I have one open can't apply for 60 days Wich I don't according to manager there .no one has answers or nothing guess it's time my 14 years I been there come to end go somewhere else

People should be aware that the drive-thru at this location is not associated with Academy Bank and I highly recommend against making deposits here.

I wouldn't trust a manager Annette Gonzalez with your account this manager has messed up on three accounts all in one day.. this manager should not have a job at a bank. She is messing with your money and personal information. I would like the owner of Academy Bank really look into this matter also alarming to other customers here at this bank.

I can relate to that message about that manager there at that bank. She's not very friendly to her. Customers also does not try to help them if they have an issue with their accounts. That's why now I'm banking with the Key Bank.

There is a manager there named Sefarina. Due to her pettiness a CASHIER'S CHECK that I deposited is being held for 2 weeks. I got her in contact with the representative from the credit union and he told her the check is good. The hold on the check still remains.

Always have a great experience with the tellers here. Just moved from the Stapleton branch to this one on Grant. Savanah has been absolutely amazing to work with. All the tellers are friendly and knowledgeable.
