Just bought brand new $160 shoes last week. On the second time wearing them I noticed they were separating from the sole on the outside. Store says they can take return/exchanges and I have to try and talk with customer service. Bad service.

My family primarily wears adidas so we love shopping at the outlet! Somehow every time we go, the employees and cashiers are progressively ruder than the last. But seriously spending hundreds of dollars in an establishment just to go deal with the cashier rolling her eyes, sighing and just being flat out rude is less than desirable.

Hours are not correct. Drove 35 minutes to have them say they closed an hour earlier.

I’m unsure if the website is incorrect or employees close at whatever time they desire. Website shows open until 8 , and this location was closed by 7 pm on a Friday
