Had the best experience there yesterday even tho purchasing a new car battery was not what I wanted for the day! Vince helped me out and put it in for me right there in the parking lot. He was quick and professional and frankly a treat to chat with! I highly recommend this location because of Vince!

Tried to call about using a tool to access a fuse, but the person I talked to interrupted me three different times before I finished. All three times he gave a different reason he couldn't help even though I was looking for a simple screwdriver, first two times he was saying their computers were down (which didn't even relate to my problem as I have almost everything I need and don't need anything looked up) and the third was to say they only have a flat head or Phillips screwdriver to borrow. And a flat head might have worked but...
This was a surprisingly frustrating call that could have gone much better if they weren't so eager to tell me they couldn't help and simply let me finish the question.

Don't go unless you know what you need and don't have to ask questions. They used to be very helpful but new staff couldn't be farther from that. Act like they're put out if you need to ask for something and god forbid they have to order it for you! Was a regular customer, not anymore.

These people don't know what customer service is. I came twice for two different cars. The first time I brought them the parts they need in hand and they couldn't help me. You can't take that extra step and search a little more. The second time I came for some. breaks for another car, it's near my house, I just go for breaks, how complicated can it be? I give the information to the boy and he tells me that it is an engine and that it is a turbo, I know the basics of the car, but I come back and say Taking that extra step doesn't cost them anything just by saying, "Hey, you bring your wine" oh let's see how I can look for it and no, that's too much work. I remember years ago when Ana, a very good employee, worked because these ones are useless...

Horrible customer service. Store manager is RUDE. They “assist you to make sure you order the correct part needed” they order the incorrect thing then you can’t return it because there is nothing they can do. Even though they helped ordered it from another store, I have a receipt and because it is non-returnable I’m out $167 for their mistake. Store manager is super rude and talks to me like I’m slow in-front of other customers. Tells me I can call a number to see if they can do anything and of course it’s closed. Take your service else where where it is more appreciated and where people are not rude especially store managers!!!!! Find a more knowledgeable part store that will own up to their mistakes and fix things to make things right! I would give them zero stars if google allowed it.

This is by far the worst car part store I've ever been to I bought a little box of tint from here and when I opened it there were only the instructions no tint and. When I came to exchange it there were other boxes empty as well and I got told that I was lying and there was nothing they can do worst store ever

Always helpful and knowledgeable personnel. Will assist you with minor repairs right there in the parking lot, such as replacing wiper blades.
