The manager/supervisor lady (colored hair and meth teeth) lacks customer service skills. Instead of being helpful and all she could say was that nothing could be done without a receipt and somehow accuse me of being a thief. Went to another store and they resolved my issue, turned out it wasn’t a need for a replacement but rather a simple recharge of my battery. It took the guy a minute to troubleshoot instead of jumping into assumptions about me and without suggesting I was a thief for thinking I needed my battery replaced.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience here because of Diara! She was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, kind and helpful from the time we walked in to the time we left. It was the absolute best retail experience I have ever had. If only every store had someone like Diara! First and last time I will use Advance Auto Parts.On Saturday, July 8th, I visited a local auto parts store to pick up both front and rear brake pads, as well as replacement rotors for my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Despite some reservations, I bought all four rotors, and both sets of brake pads based on the store's system recommendations instead of bringing the part off the car to match them up. My reservations rang true, after removing the rear passenger caliper and rotor, I discovered that the parts did not fit.Consequently, I had to pack up the rotors and return to the store to exchange them for the correct ones. During this process, I noticed two peculiarities. First, all the rotors the store listed for my vehicle had the incorrect thickness. Second, although I had chosen to receive an email receipt for convenience when making the original purchase, I never received it.Due to an issue with the store's system, I did not have a copy of the receipt in my email. As a result, the store offered me a $470 credit. However, this was not useful, as they did not carry the correct product I needed.The young man at the counter was unable to locate my purchase in their point-of-sale system at all. To prove I had indeed made a purchase just two hours prior, I had to show him the credit card charge. Unfortunately, all he could offer was store credit, which did not solve my issue. They also did NOT have the right product for my vehicle.Moreover, I found myself in a challenging situation: I either had to reinstall the old rotor, which had been significantly damaged during removal, or I had to go to a competitor and spend another $500 on suitable rotors. As one might imagine, this situation was incredibly frustrating. However, the store associate could only stare at me and suggest I return the following day for a refund.In the end, I left the store and spent $530 at AutoZone, where I was able to find the correct parts and complete my brake repair that evening. The next day, I received the receipt via email at 5:15 AM, which allowed me to return to the original store for a refund. I was told their system was having issues and they were moving to a wired internet solution. You think someone may have mentioned this when one just asks for an email receipt! This was a set of unfortunate events that could have been handled better. Either their system has the wrong product or the counter representative doesn’t know how to look up products or they don’t know how to effectively communicate when they are having system issues.

Came here looking for rotor retaining screws. Mike helped us and they were not in stock. He searched around at other locations and gave advice on we’re we could get these from. Mike is the guy who will go above and beyond for the customer. I recommend this place and Mikes help 100%. Thanks again Mike

A gentleman working today 7:30am on Feb 22nd, went above and beyond for me. I’m a single mom of two and my windshield wiper flew off. I had no idea what I was doing. Todays an extremely snowy and Icey day and he went out in the cold to make sure my car was fixed up before I left. I didn’t grab your name, but I appreciate it more than you know. Thank you!
