They charge way to much to look at the car and gave some random charge of +$60 for nothing couldn’t explain what it was for charge a lot just to fix one wire like 500 and they tighten my wheels so tight all the lug nuts on my front left tire were stripped i went to another macanic of 84th and Washington harbor and they showed me all the lug nuts spinning i only brought my car here cause they affiliated with aaa and said it would be a discount but over 600 dollar for one thing and broken lug nuts they didn’t replace but harbor did

Extremely overpriced and doesn't fix the issues you request to be fixed even with being paid in full but instead adds on more issues and worries about atheistics (a/c, tires, brakes) of my car instead of the check engine light being fixed. Resets the check engine light so that it pops back on after certain miles just to tell me it has the same codes I brought it in with from a thorough diagnostics and he says he "done his very best" but the check engine light is still on and immediately, and the same problem, because he sees an opportunity to nickle/dime me, rip me off or he did the repairs in incorrect order causing more codes and issues. Both to rip me off cause the check engine light still on after thousands paid! He also left his Starbucks trash in my car and ran all the gas out and put extra miles on it. The whole time wanting to talk to me more about tires and a/c that doesn't matter if the check engine light is on.

I have a 2011 Ram 1500 with 79,000 miles in very good condition overall. One day the truck went into limp mode. I took the truck to a couple of other local mechanics, they took the diagnosis fee and told me it couldn't be fixed. The Dealership said it would be at the earliest the end of September before they could look at it. I did one more Google search . This time Alternative Auto came up. I called and Dale said that he could look at it. And quickly gave me a diagnosis and firm price for repairs. Fixed it quicker than the time frame given. And this truck is running like new again. At the price given. I will never use another mechanic besides Alternative Auto again. Best professional service I have ever seen.

I am happy to have found this place. My wife and I both have older vehicles especially her and have had some back luck in the past with getting our cars repaired. Alternative Auto Care is a local family owned shop with great service and fair prices! I had a considerable amount of work that needed to be done on my 4Runner before taking it on a road trip for the 4th of July. They quickly found out everything that needed to be done and quoted me a fair good price and turned it around in time before a left for the holiday. It ran great and they made my vehicle like new again both safe and reliable for myself and family. I would recommend this place and plan to go back for future business needs!

I don't take my Honda anywhere else for service and never have. They are the most professional and honest people I have ever dealt with and highly recommend that you take your Honda or Acura here for service. They treat you with the utmost respect and never do work that is unnecessary.

They are so honest and fair here! I never feel like I’m being upsold, they have clear and helpful recommendations for my 2019 Prius, and I trust them to give me exactly what i ask for. (Plus I think they washed my car for me, so kind of them)
