Very nice and friendly service at checkout and the 75% off rack. Make sure you check the tags as well. They also carry teddy bear with the heating pack inside for period, very good weight. Go in and take a look

I purchased jeans here, and the staff’s attitude was very disrespectful. I come first, without cutting in line, yet she asked me to step aside for the customer behind me. What did I do wrong to be moved to the back? Is this disdain for me? Stores are meant to serve customers, not to look down on them.

Very rude customer service, especially the bold lady, I heard her mocking some people and laughing about it. Very young kids to run store.

The clothes are great and all.But the workers were another thing; apart from the one dude who was chill, the rest were acting so bxtchy and entitled (and condescending ?), just because we were checking out late, although still before the store closed. Also, I hear they do student discounts, but when I asked, they said no.

The store is well organized. We typically hit the clearance area which has really good prices on t-shirts. The staff was helpful and courteous.

Very unprofessional staff, they need to do better training and teach their employees what costumer service should be like. Grabbed a couple of shorts and they charged me more than what they had them priced for, told the girl that they had a different price and she said that they were probably in the wrong spot. Took a look and they were definitely not in the wrong spot. If you don’t like dealing with people don’t work in retail!

i love american eagle and this location! despite the fact that they don't usually have my pant size in store, the employees are always willing to help. they are always friendly and nice to be around, which is really nice in comparison to the aerie outlet a few stores down.
