Honestly not a good experience at all and huge waste of time. I just needed to convert my phone from a business to customer phone line. The tech ran into technical difficulties, talked to the manager who then stated I needed to do all this extra work online and call AT&T customer service while in the store?? When this is literally their jobs to do. The nice AT&T lady on the phone was confused why they were sending me through so many hoops saying that "this is their job and you should not be having to do these things" and advised me to go elsewhere, and this was one of their people! It was after the manager started arguing to the helpful person on the phone, full on arguing with his employees, (and that an employee started using a massager on his stomach and legs in right front of me while making conversation lol like what) that I decided to leave. The manager was abrasive and rude and I did not feel comfortable at this location at all. I went to another store (the one off of Grant Street) and it was so much better. The lady there was very nice and was confused on why these employees here were making me do all these things which, again, was part of their jobs. She got what I needed done in literally 5 minutes, while I was here for well over 3 hours jumping through hoops. So yeah, the team here today was lazy, rude and incompetent in their jobs. They literally had me calling folks and filling out online things which they should have done according to two other AT&T employees. Not going back to this location and I'm sticking to the one off of Grant Street from now on.

Ayah and Josue were very helpful, professional, fixed my issues, and made my trade-in process very seamless. They are both wonderful and totally made my experience at this AT&T store by going above and beyond. This will definitely be the AT&T location I will be going to moving forward. Thank you both!

I came to this location for help after my screen gave out. The man I spoke with told me they could not help me recover anything from my phone because it was a prepay phone and told me I couldn't transfer my number to a new phone/plan for the same reason. (Which I knew was absolutely not true). I went to the TMobile store next door and they were more than happy and capable of doing exactly what I asked. So, I'm no longer an AT&T customer based in this.

The associate Joyfer was absolutely unhelpful and rude during our interaction of purchasing and upgrading our phone. To the point that he assumed what phone and gigabyte (iPhone 16max) I wanted and then after being told that was not what we were there for, rudely asked what we wanted finally (Samsung s24 ultraion black 512g) and went to the back and produced the phone I wanted with a watch in addition to it. After starting we did not want to watch he stated why not, it's ONLY another $20/month. The manager Bradley stated everything his employee did was within reason for this interaction. After we took the phone and was told it was good to use, the phone had nothing from the old phone that we were upgrading from. At this point we went to another store and they transferred the phone correctly.

Be cautious of purchases and services. I paid cash for 3-phone cases all of which then showed up on my bill as being financed. Paying installments now on them. Also, changed up my service plan which ironically is higher unbeknownst me. Calling AT&T does nothing. DO NOT GET AN EMAIL RECEIPT. Disgusting practices all around.

Always a great service at this location. Thanks to all reps and managers for their patience with us customers. You always get the highest marks. Those rude customers are bitter already, so disregard their bad acting. Please continue to do great, YOU GUYS ROCK!

Worst customer service EVER. Went in there tonight to return a phone. Simple phone drop off, 2-5min tops they kept me waiting 30min…. I told them I just needed to drop a phone off… ignored. This store needs to prioritize their customers… one of the reps could have taken the phone turn in and went back to his 30min customer. Now I have to waste my time and find another day to go into this darn store. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! 11/26 - updated. Tried to phone drop off my phone again today but they were still too busy too busy to help me for 2min… I’d have to wait 30min. Ridiculous. Guess I’ll need to make a 3rd trip.

Damien did what 2 stores in a span of a week couldn't accomplish or figure out in less than 30 minutes. I didn't really want to let go of my number but his customer service and patience made it worth his efforts especially with my children being in the store. 12/10 recommend. Best customer service at a phone store i've ever experienced 🙌🏼
