I’ve been at this store for 30 min they told me to wait but than the lady let another customer go before me it predominantly Mexican than come to this store n work at this store it made me feel uncomfortable it was horrible customer services and inconsider idk it because im African American but I was the only one the store n I was not and important customer to them that really sucks as a customer trying to spend money new to the city n trying to buy a phone for my son

There was a big computer glitch that created an issue when setting up our service. The staff at this store spent hours working on solving the problem and making things right. I appreciate all of there hard work and service.

This place is the worst in the world... they did a bad process on a payment I made now I don't know when or how they returned my money no one gives me a solution... they send it to another establishment you go to the other establishment and it sends you to call because they did it wrong in this place... there are always children all over the place with shoes everywhere, it looks like a street food store and they don't concentrate on what they are doing. I have had my cell phone cut off for 3 days due to a bad payment due to negligence

Id give this store 0 starts but I can't, they didn't tell me when I went to add a line to my plan that, that my plan is grandfathered in and added a new plan to the other phone I added. Instead of being an extra $50 a month my bill was an extra $120

We were in store of Saturday afternoon. The only salesperson was a young lady who had her toddler with her. It was totally unprofessional. The little boy, poor thing, was a unruly as any toddler would be in that situation. We had to keep waiting while she cared for her son to tend to our purchases and questions I had to call ATT the next day to get clarification on questions we were left with.
Don't shop here; there are other choices!!

Came into this store today Friday 21 June 2024 to upgrade my father’s iPhone. TLDR; we left after waiting for roughly 15 minutes to be acknowledged. It seems like the lady working, was having personal issues with family there at the store…it was almost uncomfortable in terms of how her customer (family members) were acting in a public establishment, sprawled out like they owned the joint. Further, the other employee who “worked” there darted into the back room and did not come out, even with the already occupied worker asking in the back for someone to come out and assist the customers who were waiting. It showed me that this store has no manager, nor any concept of discipline of the employees who were in back and would not come out to assist.
We left this store and drove to 120th Ave and Washington, where we were able to complete the task we sat out to do, getting him the newest iPhone and Apple Watch.
If this store on Grant street were mine, I’d sack everybody working because it’s clear they’re just there for the hourly pay and have no concept in customer service. Further their family members should not have taken precedence, nor been acting the way they were treating the store like a living room. No phones were out on display, accessories selection was minimal…a terrible experience that will not be repeated.

Worst store ever now a days it's like they running a daycare employee kids running around and they don't even bother putting products on peg hooks they just leave it on the shelf so u can rummage and how's is the system down in ya store like come on and finally dude had his steam deck hooked up to charger so when it came time to pay for my phone case "didn't have screen protector in stock" took longer so he could charge his iPad to ring me up would give negative stars if I could

Stole money from me for the entire 8 years I was a customer and are still forcing me to pay $1700. Even thought it was CONFIRMED that they did in fact steal and were having these serious issues by a Supervisor.

They tend to have one associate working when I visit this store. So if you don't have a lot of time, I would find another location.
The dude that helped me, I can't remember his name, but I know he just moved back to Colorado from New York. You sir, need recognition. Your people skills are amazing. And you should truly be in a different line of sales. Nothing against you working at AT&T, but my man, you could go places. Just sharing the love.
