Vacuums work good but wait times to use the car wash (automatic)are always too long making it nearly impossible to make use of the monthly membership. Tho is due to at least one being out of order every time. Customer service is not the greatest.

It worth it if you’re okay waiting over 40 minutes to get a touch less wash since the bays are not all working. Seriously will have to wait about 60 minutes or more.

First time here. Wait time was expected to be long. I had Yakima roof racks and ski, bike racks as well. No problem with clearance at all with the Essential Wash. Good, quick, and effective car wash!! Thank you Autowash!! I will be back!!
