I have lived here just over a year. I have had nothing but issues and had no choice but to renew my lease due to cost. I have placed multiple work orders for the A/C since moving here and it has never been fixed. Today I come home to my apartment being 85 degrees. I have to sit here with windows wide open in a unit where there is no privacy and someone can come climb through my window. Absolutely ridiculous, Maintenance marks work orders complete without fixing issues and talk to you as an idiot. I also have had trouble with pests, squirrels in the attic and nothing being done, carpet beetles throughout the apartment. The exterminator came and just made a mess with the insulation but never took care of the problem. Do not move here. This was the worst decision ever.

I just toured the community on Monday and Claudia was amazing, she was very detailed and informative. My husband and I felt very comfortable with her and we will be definetely leasong at this Apartments.

*Edit Actually, nothing has changed. Legal thievery at it's best/worst.What a joke! They want to charge guests of residents to park in the WORST, MOST DETERIORATED parking lot I've ever seen! No joke, there's more potholes than flat asphalt!Future edit will provide pics.There would be plenty of parking if you would listen to your residents and remove vehicles that have been broken down for extended periods. As for "repairs as needed" you should've done it right & graded the ENTIRE thing and put a fresh layer down. Your "fixes" will deteriorate in a year & it will be even worse if that's possible.And you go ahead & tell yourself what you need must to sleep at night. Your guest parking fee is nothing but a money grab! It's shameful and part of the reason your complex is turning in to a ghetto! Anyone with half a brain & a decent paycheck is our already had moved out!

Broken couches left by sidewalks for day, semi trucks with full trailers taking 4+ spots for weeks when residents and guests have to pay for parking, AC intentionally disabled for 6 months out of the year, amenities closed/broken more often than open. Things have gotten bad with the Greystar buyout.

This is the first place denied my application because of personal credit after charging deposit, not denied because of rental credit, which I never had any issue paying my rent in any place but they denied me for personal credit,, the staff is nice but looks like the owner is tr,,, for steeling deposits

At least there's a roof over my head, but other than that this place sucks. You pay for parking but don't get reserved parking. Guests have to pay 2$ to park, instead of just having visitor parking. And guests can park wherever they want, taking up residence parking. You literally cannot get reserved parking if you try. On top of that rent is outrageous. I have a 1 bed 1 bath and they're trying to up my rent to 1,900. I moved in two years ago and my rent started at 1,600. Now it's at 1,900! On top of that the pool isn't clean, it's nasty and it smells like pee around the pool. The appliances are dated, even in the modern apartment. All they do is put stainless steel on the fronts of the appliances, but the insides are old. The walls are super thin, you can hear literally everything. And they put hanging lights in the apartment which sound terrible and the shake constantly when you have a heavy footed upstairs neighbor like myself. Don't move in. You can pay the same amount for a much nicer experience. This place is over priced for no reason and it sucks.

I have 1 year living here and I always have very good support and help from the people in the office as well as the maintenance, especially Andrea who works in the office. Always when I have issues and I need maintenance she is always very quick with it all as she is also very kind and always willing to help.. Josh and Isaiah are the maintenance workers who usually come and help and they always do amazing they are very kind. I love living here and I would definitely recommend.

Horrible experience in the 12 months my adult children lived here. Lived in a back corner area of the apt complex where they had a construction dumpster. People were constantly allowed to "dumpster dive" back there as things accumulated.Once they left, no statement was provided on move out. Had to constantly email when they didn't return the deposit. Once they finally sent it, was half of the deposit posted. Now having to fight them on that as they simply don't care.

Loved the apt. Staff is very lacking. They won't return my calls and took half my deposit with no explanation. Please make sure before moving out that you get your final statement and move out check list. I left apt cleaner than when I moved in.
