About Baymont by Wyndham Thornton

Baymont by Wyndham Thornton is a reasonably priced hotel that offers a range of amenities, including a pool and hot tub. While the hotel has received some mixed reviews, many guests have had positive experiences. The staff is generally described as friendly, helpful, and respectful, with particular praise for the front desk clerks. However, the hotel seems to have some issues with customer service, as there have been reports of guests waiting for long periods to have their room access issues resolved. Additionally, the hotel could use some upgrades, as the rooms and bathrooms show signs of aging. Overall, Baymont by Wyndham Thornton provides a decent stay for travelers, with a good breakfast and convenient location, but there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and maintenance.
