The staff was very rude to deal with from the salesman to the manager. I went to exchange pants that I received from my wife for Christmas, I explained that I did not have a receipt but it could be pulled up under my phone number. I picked out the correct size and returned to the register. I was told I owed money for the exchange. The pants I was trying to exchange had the same sticker pice as the new correct sized jeans so I’m not sure where the extra price came from. The manager who was talking about slaying someone and kicking them off the map with another employee refused to match the price. I am willing to bet this is the least profitable boot barn in the area and sees the least amount of return customers. I will not be returning to this store.

Absolutely horrible at the location on 144th on I25. The store manager, Anna Marie , or something of that sort, was extremely unprofessional and rude.
I am a gold level member there and have spend thousands over the last year…just bought a pair of boots 2 days ago. Boot started making noise while walking and the manager told me it was a manufacture defect in the shank. Then proceeded to tell me that I can’t get a refund…since I wore them. This boot is not available online or at any other store…so even though I can’t get the boot I wanted…I couldn’t get my money back?
Their fix was store credit. After an hour of explaining that the boot I want is not available and I didn’t want a different boot at their store, the manager gave a bunch of attitude and said “fine, I’ll freakin return them”.
This is how we treat a loyal customer? 3 different times they told me, “sorry, store policy, nothing we can do.” Anyone in retail knows that this is simply not true. There is always something that can be done.
Drove down to High County Western wear and bought the same pair, 20% off for Christmas, got a free hat with the purchase and had fantastic service.
Save yourself the time and shop elsewhere because if something goes wrong, she will not try and help you whatsoever.

I spent a $180 on a pair of boots which were a little to big,i wore them to work ,had them on for a couple of hours,I realized they were not gonna fit correctly,so i called the store and talked to the manager and I told him I had them on for a couple of hours at work and he said no problem bring them in and I'll get the rite size ordered,so I show up to the store and then he totally reversed his position on the boots and said he couldn't help me,smh .I had purchased a pair a while back and I had a similar situation and the manager had no problem taking the boots back and ordering the rite ones.i will be taking my business elsewhere in the future

Lady with the blonde hair was really rude and I didn’t like the fact she was forcefully persuading me to buy something so I can get out of her store didn’t appreciate that I can’t even shop in peace cause she was just following me around to see if I was I gonna steal something never shopping here again she act like I didn’t make her check with the boots I bought won’t recommend here

Not very welcoming, I was followed around by the manager, and the staff was rude. They definitely don't want any new customers that's for sure.
