Came in here for the first time recently, being curious and never having been in a Burlington, and I was disappointed. It's basically a Ross except slightly more expensive. Many of the shelves and racks were near empty. The store was a mess. Perhaps it was just still some post-Christmas hangover but I was disappointed by what others have said is a great store.

They dont sell bags for 10 cents like every other store and you cant take carts out because people will steal them. My wife and her friends from out of town ended up spending $30 on six $5.00 decoritive bags. So now I have to go back there tomorrow and return 6 bags. We won't be back again after that. Just offer 10 cent bags!

Love this place!! Good quality clothes at affordable rates! Sign me up. We found some great deals.
The clothes are organized well as per their types. The manager and staff were kind enough to unlock the closed restroom for us to use.
I’d recommend going earlier, they tend to wrap up an hour earlier than time shown on Google. I believe Google shows 11 pm, but they wrap up by 9:30 pm atleast on weekdays.

Think of it as this really really big concrete box that holds lots and lots of slightly damaged stuff. A lot of the stuff is useful, some of it is odd, but the real question is how much stuff do you need and do you need that particular stuff....

BEWARE!!
The item I was trying to purchase was damaged and there were no others available so I asked for a discount and an employee agreed. When I went to check out the manager was mad about the markdown even though it was damaged, no one should have to pay full price for a damaged product! The manager was visibly upset and very rude but put a mark down sticker on anyway. When the cashier took over she overrides the tag and charged me $4 over what the manager marked it to! I didn’t catch it until I got home and now I’m in utter disbelief! They were really both (manager and cashier) mad that I purchased a discounted item?! I want to go back so I can rightfully get my money back that I was overcharged but I do not want to make a scene considering the manager was already rude to begin with! I shop at this location frequently and now will sadly have to go 20 minutes out of my way to shop at ANY other location!

Great quality at a great price. I bought a coat for my son for $35 and it's super warm. We live in Colorado so it gets really cold. This coat stands up. Would recommend Burlington.
