It was a very smooth process getting my Lexus repaired , they informed me a couple times each week how it was going , so I never had to call or wonder what was going on , Jeremy was kind and professional ! I definitely recommend them to anyone needing repairs, they did an excellent job and my car look like new ! ?

I stopped in to see if I could get help popping the back of my side mirror on. Jeremy was awesome and quickly helped me get my mirror fixed! I will definitely go back there for future needs!

Thank you so much to everyone at Caliber Collision especially Jeremy for taken care of my vehicle. I never felt as if I wasn’t aware of what was going on and never once felt like I couldn’t call with anything. My car took a bit longer than the estimated date but I couldn’t have been happier with the outcome! My Telluride looks brand new again. Thank you again!

I had an accident where someone hit me and was referred by insurance to go through them to fix my car. They did an AMAZING job and Brandon was so kind, honest and professional ( as was the rest of the staff),I would recommend them to ANYONE and if I need work again I’m choosing them. Thank you ALL!

YOUR HIT MY CAR!
Not the body shop but someone else.
Their insurance had to pay for the repair.
Guess what, this is where I was sent. Not only that, they worked with me to get the rental car that was covered by the insurance. Throughout the entire process, they kept me up to speed on the status of my vehicle. I even called a couple of times because I had some questions. Not only did they answer them, they did not act like I was bothering them. They we very friendly. By the time they where done, my car looked better then when I bought it, somehow. They where friendly and even helped me when I forgot some stuff in the car and had to come back. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Trust me, I will be back if I even need work done again. Being Colorado, that's probably likely.

Unfortunately, my wife and and daughter were involved in a minor accident resulting in the vehicle being temporarily inoperable. Austin and his technicians were incredibly gracious and sympathetic to the situation. They assessed the damage and provided a thorough analysis of the necessary next steps. We cannot thank Austin and his exceptional team enough for their support and professional advisement despite the unfortunate circumstances. Highly recommend Caliber Collision as they have established themselves as a gold standard for exemplary customer satisfaction and service.

This shop was Geico approved/recommended after I was rear-ended. I saw the great reviews and chose this spot. I couldn't be more happy with their wonderful service and communication throughout. I really loved the periodic text messages that gave status updates.Brandon was great at explaining the initial repairs assessment and very patient and thorough when I called to see if more work ended up being needed after that.

I appreciated how easy it was to work with Laura and Brandon at Caliber Collision. This location in particular was really good about setting expectations, keep us constantly updated every couple of days on the progress, and getting the work completed prior to the expected date. The car came back to us as if no damage happened and it was cleaner than when we dropped it off. I did notice the gas tank was a little less than full (probably 1/8 of tank gone) since we dropped it off with a full tank (not a huge deal but it makes sense to require a full tank when you drop off and leave with a full tank). But in general, would highly recommend them and would use them again if needed.
