Service is horrible. Store is disorganized. The cashier didn't let us know we could save 15% by providing an email. When I inquired, she said it was too late in the transaction. I said she should have told us but she said they don't tell people and it's on a sign you can read. The clothes are cute but I don't want to shop here due to the rude staff.

Every time I go into famous footwear I can always hear champions music and the employees laughing obnoxiously loud and have even heard things being thrown. Went into Attic salt and the same thing happened but both stores employees said they can’t doing anything about it.

I had a wonderful experience. Father let me out of the house this fortnight. Each employee slowly removed my face mask, individually, and gently kissed my lips. They then moved it to its place once finished. I’m only giving four stars because one of the employees breath could have been a tad mintier.

This store is in serious re-evaluation of who they hire. Both times I've been here on different occasions they are closed. Here 4 hours before closing, and today 2 hours before closing. Call the store to ask why they are closed. THE EMPLOYEES CANT EVEN GIVE YOU A REASON! Seriously this outlet store is the ONLY store here that does this, and there's no excuse for it. The management team or whoever HR or hiring is for this location should look into the behavior of the employees here. Your store is disappointing and ive told numerous people how disappointing this store is because of the poorly hired staff here. No accountability, no reasoning, and no customer service of any kind. No good employees you guys have here.

This store offers exactly the level of variety of product and professionality of conduct that one might expect. The employees are knowledgeable and pleasant, and their customer-service skills are above those of any other vendor available in the outlet. I've recommended this store to multiple of my personal friends, and would do so for anybody looking to pick up Champion product !

The employees at this store are always yelling and cursing at each other at the top of their lungs like children! I wish I can find their district manager's number this is the most unprofessional business I've ever seen and they haven't been open for too long it's ridiculous!

Went to return something and the manager when asked gives us the one second finger as she is talking to another employee. Super unprofessional. Then informs us we cant even exchange our products for a bigger size

They are closed when it says they are open. I came to the mall for this store and it’s a waste of time. Don’t say you’re gonna be open from 12-5:30 if you’re not gonna open you’re store. I’ll shop elsewhere.
