Went in to deposit cash for a work account which I am not even a signer for. They made show a photo and would not accept my Colorado app. This maybe a law for this but it is silly I am deporting into your bank with a deposit slip. If the other branches do not follow the rules but I have been to two other branches on the last two weeks that do not require this.

I would give this branch a zero if i could, this place has become more of a inconvenience than a convenience😡 Never fails the the atm machines on the drive thru line always have issues & since the stupid card reader was put on the doors we can’t even access the atm that’s before the lobby area!!! So then i have to decide do i drive across town to withdraw $$ or do i pay the dumb fee at another atm & get charged by the atm a fee & a fee from Chase for not using a Chase atm!!! Someone from higher management needs to intervene!!!

They treated me and my dad with disrespect told us to leave because we didn't have two forms of ID after calling corporate they told us to go back so they can attend us they told us corporate is wrong, DONT GO TO THIS BRANCH they are not helpful and disrespectful

Don't tell people when they call that you can use the Colorado Digital ID when you apparently don't. Needed to submit a cash deposit. Waste of time

One of the cashiers was so rude 😢 Lucky us, is Xmas time! 😞 Maybe that lady with short haircut and glasses needs vacations. Hope She will realize that customer service in this country is in the correct way.

In the last 60 days I've been to Chase Bank FOUR TIMES and the ATM's are NOT WORKING !!!! The employees don't even bother to put a sign out, they just watch people try to use the broken ATM's. What good are you as a bank?

I would give this location zero stars if I was able to. The three ATMs that they have never worked. The lobby is never unlocked so you can use the indoor ATM. This is the worst branch and they left this one open over all the others.

I don't like chase there were a lot of frauds that I made and chase didn't do anything they closed my bank account without letting me know and my credit card too they closed it and in January of this year I had less then 500$ or 500$ that I owe on my credit card everytime I talked to them they that made transactions ect and I didn't and now I owe 5 thousand and something I talk to them many times and they don't do anything at all I'm so disappointed and i don't gotta pay that amount because that's alot to pay right now I'm not working so it difficult but I don't wanna pay that amount I wanna pay the 500$ that I used to have before anything like this happened to I really had a bad experience with them I don't spend much in the card plus I don't used it much either for them to tell me I gotta pay 5 thousand and something 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ horrible I wanna pay the 500$that I owe and ik I used to owe all that before something like this happened first time ever I'm every disappointed with them and my checkings was the same I barely used the cards 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️and i don't mess a payment but for me to owe 5 thousand and something is horrible 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️😡😡😡😡

Three ATMs and they are all broken. Chase, do better, it's literally your job. It's not like you have a lot of branches and the Federal location never works (everyone knows that). At lease unlock your lobby and give your customers a chance at banking. Sad. Pick of Chase trashcan which is more useful than this entire company.

Walked in and went unattended for close to ten minutes while multiple workers chatted behind the counter, tried to set up appointment and the one lady said she was not taking appointments today and proceeded to just chat it up with employees, then was told the next available was almost 2 weeks away, called another branch and got scheduled for next day, will not continue using this branch

The girls here are the RUDEST with the nastiest looks on their face always. One young man was very pleasant to work with. They need some customer service training down here at this location.

The ATM machines are ALWAYS broken. And the card reader to let chase bank customers into the lobby ATM is also broken. Hmmm big surprise. Why do I still bank with chase??!!

I HATE this bank. This is the worst bank I've ever experienced. The ATM literally NEVER works. And there is only ever 1 working and lines arw incredibly long. They also lock you out from the walk up ATM and so you can never use them!! Worst ran bank around.
