I’ve been unable to access my own account in a 5 digit amount, for a week. Was told there’s nothing I can do, and when I escalated to corporate, there was then no issues. Still think chase is a good service, but save yourself the trouble of banking with this branch.

Shout out to EVA!!! She suggested me something wayyy better/tasty and even that was discounted and cheaper than what I ordered! I always appreciate bud tenders who really care about what you want and how to save you money! Wasted a half an hour of my life waiting for a banker to open a business account. After waiting I was informed that the manager was too busy on the teller line. I went to another bank.

I had an appointment with Bolor yesterday and she was AMAZING. She was incredibly sweet and thorough on everything I needed to know. She was a great help overall, was more than satisfied with my meeting with her!

Had some complications with online banking with a new account I opened and the verification wasn't working with phone customer service so went into this branch to get help. They didn't have any bankers available at all but they worked through with me by assisting me as an agent on the phone with the phone customer service. Spent a little over an hour there and Sierra was incredibly patient and calm as we worked through the holds on my new account. Made for a stressful few days but my experience today with Sierra was awesome. She was thinking outside of the box to assist me. As a newcomer to Colorado navigating the stressful logistics of moving states, I'm very pleased with my experience today. Sierras trainer, starts with an S I think, was able to pull some strings for me as well. Thanks so much!

I closed my account a couple years ago because I kept getting phishing emails and Chase didn't seem to care. I went in today to give it another shot and open an account again; only to be told (quite rudely), that they don't accept walk ins and if I need to be seen today, I will have to call another location because they are "too busy" and can't do it.I walked out and went to another bank. Funny thing is; she said that she has had several people tell her that. They have gotten quite a bit of business because of Chase being "too busy" and refusing walk ins for potential customers.

Is chase discriminating toward non citizens in their banking policy ? I tried opening an account and they did not let me because I am a daca and not a us citizen but I am legally living in the us and working with employment authorization.

Went in to open an online account for my credit card. Took them 10min just to look up in their manual that you can only open an online account if you also have a checking/savings account. Instead of offering to help me set up an account they just said there’s nothing we can do ? worst customer service ever

There phone options to speak to a represtative is not upto date im trying to open a new account and calling every bank and credit union to see what offers they have as i dont have patience for online stuff and id rather talk to a human being about the options that are in real life ... this is the second bank that wouldnt answer so on to the next bank or credit union that will answer and give me real life answers instead of some automated robot that has no meaning of reality

They Don't answer phone calls and automation hangs up on you. To many banks out there to put up with lousy service like this.

Poor customer service. Their bankers are rigid with arbitrary rules that don't apply at other banks. They don't answer the phone when called and there's no option to leave a message.

This is easily the best Chase branch in Colorado. I've never had an issue here and the people who work here are great.
