what's going on with Chase today? We can't spend our money or even get it out of the ATM. It just says thank you for your patience and to call custome service. There are a ton of people at the ATM trying to to pull out money unsuccessfully. So we just can't access any of our money at all?

Jazmin was extremely helpful and supportive. I accidentally scheduled the wrong day for the appointment and she still made time for our us upon arrival! Very respectful and kindhearted staff here! ❤️

We needed endorsement for check and they needed to bring estimate. So short story, i said we can email you, they refused to receive any emails. So we simple had to go home to print a single page.

Drive thru ATM has been out of service since 5/6/24 and they have yet to fix it. Customers lining up outside tot use the inside ATM this chase is usually fast at fixing things. Not sure what's taking so long thye need to get it together

I haven't had any bad experiences with their services outside of an occasional breakdown to an ATM or something like that. However, I don't know why they post open and close times if they don't actually adhere to them. I know no place opens or closes exactly at 9 or 5, but this place's doors are routinely locked 15-20 after they're supposed to be open and before they're supposed to close. And worst of all the employees just stand around chatting on the other side of the locked door. If you're not gonna serve your customers during business hours why bother having set hours?! I had time to walk to the lock doors, walk back to my car, write and post this review and they're still not to their posted closing time.

I practically think it's ridiculous, the ATM in front has been working properly for, I think, more than 6 months. You always make your transfer and it always gives you the receipt from someone, so I went to one of the women who works there and she despotantly told me that yes. I want to see it repaired, I repaired it myself and they are simply not interested, the worst service I have received in my life, I do not recommend it, I am currently reviewing exchange options. What a disappointment I have been with them for years and I did not realize the bad service they offer... .They also have an ATM in commerce city co. And it never works correctly, don't waste your time in this place, the worst of the worst ???this is the name of the person who helped me, is it Abbel or battlements, that's what she told me about her name she was very arrogant.

Tried calling a branch near me to confirm the hours on a Saturday listed on website were correct. Just a recording and referral back to a website. C'mon Chase. You can afford to pay a human.
