Christain Brothers does NOT honor their warranty.
I had my turbo replaced on my Ford F-150 approximately two years ago. When I came to the shop, I spoke with the person at the counter, I told them that my truck was not running well, I suspected that it was the turbo as well as some other issues. I was not really sure. They had me pay for a Diagnostic fee to diagnose the problem. Then I was asked to go on a ride with the tech The following morning. During the drive of the technician. I told him that I had replaced the turbo once about three months prior, but for some reason, whatever I did didn't seem to work, It now sounded like the bearings on the turbo were bad. I mentioned the only thing that I did not do was replace the oil intake tube and screen that the manual had suggested.
Consequently, I ended up. contracting with them to replace the turbo in my truck, they assured me this was the issue.
They replaced the turbo, but within about a week, I was back telling them there was something really wrong with it. It wasn't running right, which required me to rebook another appointment for them to look at it, they came back and said, the spark plugs were probably bad, I questioned why. they had not looked at that while they had It and taken it for a test drive to make sure. everything was working correctly. In the long run, I ended up paying an extra $100 to have the plugs replaced, but it still ran poorly.
Within about three weeks of the plugs and everything being taken care of. I. started to hear the same noise from around underneath the hood, sounding like the left turbo was going bad, I went back to them and let them know, We went for a test drive. They said they could hear nothing even though I was describing the low. noise from the turbo coming from the bearing which I had Experience before. I also told them that the turbo did not seem to be running correctly, it was intermittently coming in and out. they looked at it and said they could find nothing.
they looked at it and said they could find nothing.
I brought my truck back on multiple occasions, still talking about the turbo is saying there was something wrong, each time they would say there is nothing wrong with the turbo, even though the turbo wouldn't come on and was doing it so intermittently. They said there was no turbo error present in the computer system so there was nothing they could do for the "warranty".
It has been 2 years, this summer I got a "Permanent Failed Turbo Error" on my scanner (Surprise). I took it to them and they said they could find nothing. I got it another time then with a right bank timing error, they said it was the sensor and wanted $300 to replace the sensor and the sensor might be an issue. I bought 2 new sensors to replace both of the right bank sensors. Turbo still having issues. (Funny part is that the passenger turbo works perfectly)
Finally the "permamanent Turbo Failure Code" came back with the timing again, this time I was told that the timing chain was the issue and told me I would have to have that replaced to properly make sure the turbo was the issue, but recommended the engine replacement.
I have spent multiple hours, had my car back there multiple times to try to get this fixed, each time I have been given an excuse as to what they thought it was, although denying. what I was finding. I am getting too old to crawl under my truck anymore, and they know it, and I believe they are just ignoring everything that I have said.
, and I believe they are just ignoring everything that I have said.
The owners of this Saying are Christian, however, the owners of this particular location are definitely not. They have done everything not to come through on the warranty, I am probably not even conveying my true disappointment.
Having said this, reasonably, I would not recommend this location nor the one at a Colorado and 104th since they are both owned

I brought my vehicle in today to have the struts replaced under my current warranty. I was given a ridiculous quote to have the work done. They tried to claim I was only given $900 for the warranty when in fact they were negotiated to do the job at $1300. They tried to charge me full price for the parts that was negotiated and accepted with the warranty company. They then tried to charge me full labor costs that were negotiated. I shouldn’t be paying much over my deductible. But they wanted to try and bend me over without buying me dinner first. Not today. I wasn’t born yesterday. I don’t mind a company making a marginal profit. Christian (if you can call them that?) tried to make a huge payday on me by charging me 2400 on this repair. Be ware of this less than honest company.

Oil change was extremely easy. Received photos of the courtesy inspection via text message while the service was taking place. Nobody tried to up sale me on anything and I felt I got honest and reasonably priced work. Even got to pay via Apple Pay before arriving to expedite pickup. Will come back for all my future car services.

I paid $140 about a week ago to have an inspection done because my car shakes while idling. They told me nothing was wrong but I insisted that it was shaking and they said it might be a motor mount or drive train problem but would have to pay more to get it looked at since it's not a part of the initial inspection. Today my battery just died and truck won't start. Seems like something that should've been caught on th inspection. What did I even pay them for?

Well, number one they helped me push my car out of the middle of the road when it died so they are already my heroes, but I will come out of my way to come to this specific location. They are always incredibly nice, super fast, always professional. I cannot say enough good things about them!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service at Christian Brothers Automotive, and I must say that my interaction with Efren, one of their most valuable employees, truly exceeded all my expectations. Efren's open, honest, and integral approach to his work shone through, making my experience with the company one to remember.
Facing a catastrophic failure with my daily driver and finding myself in the worst spot without a vehicle, Efren stepped in and went above and beyond to assist me every step of the way. His dedication to ensuring a smooth and efficient process was evident as he kept me informed and involved throughout the entire repair process.
Not only did Efren swiftly identify the issue with my vehicle within just 24hours, a stark contrast to the 14 days the dealership took to provide a non-conclusive response, but he also took the initiative to liaise with my extended warranty service to ensure all paperwork was completed promptly and accurately.
The level of professionalism, expertise, and care demonstrated by Efren and the entire team at Christian Brothers Automotive was truly commendable. I am immensely grateful for their outstanding service and the peace of mind they provided during a stressful situation.
I extend my warmest thanks to the entire team at Christian Brothers Automotive, with a special note of appreciation for Efren. His dedication to customer satisfaction and commitment to excellence are truly exemplary, and I am grateful for his exceptional service. Thank you, Efren, and thank you, Christian Brothers Automotive, for setting the bar high when it comes to automotive service and customer care.

So I payed OVER $3000. In repairs on my vehicle not too long ago looking to get a steering rack replacement. They had my vehicle there for three whole days before starting work on it and it took them over two weeks. "Witch was fine even though it was stressful trying to get to work." Ended up replacing the struts and some seals and a few other stuff. When I received it back my vehicle keeps acting funny, wondering all over the roads and I took it in multiple times trying to figure out what the problem is. They would have their technicians test drive it and look at it. They would always say they couldn't feel or find the problem. I owned the vehicle since 2019 so I know how it responds, reacts and how it drives. Other than the noisy strut on the passenger side, "witch is no long there" the car keeps going all over the road and it feels like I have to fight to have my car dive straight. They said they did an alignment the best they could and there was no change. I bought new tires for it hoping that would fix the problem. The only thing that solved was the vibration in the steering wheel. The car would still wonder left and right. I already spent way too much money and my time and ended up with no change. I would not recommend taking your vehicle to this shop. It seems their technicians don't know what they are doing and they charge way too much on laybor. I recommend staying away from Any of the Christian Brothers Automotive. They are lucky I'm giving them two Stars even though they shouldn't deserve it. I am very upset with the outcome

I just had an oil change done on my Jeep Gladiator this morning. I've been getting all my services done at the dealership so far and I wanted to try some place new. I am very glad that I did! I was able to get the appointment quick and everyone was very courteous. I decided to wait and go to work right after. The waiting area was very clean and pleasant with free beverages. Someone even offered to give me a ride home. Once they found out that I was planning to wait, they expedited the service and it took a lot shorter than I expected. The bill was very clear on what they worked on. I feel like I found an honest automotive and I will definitely go back.

Broke my $400 car key and hid it from me by leaving the key in the ignition instead of handing me the key when I picked up my car this morning

I usually go to the dealership. Only once have I had an issue. It was fixed right away. No charge. No complaints with service. But everything feels rushed at the dealerships. And it's always over crowded.
I go to Christian Brothers for the
--Courteous staff.
--The email with all services performed and inspections made with pictures!
--The shuttle service.
--Prices seem reasonable and comparable.
--Above and beyond service.

Great front desk service from John, gave me honest service that was needed to be done on my car, and made it so easy to get the estimate over my phone as well as pay my bill over the phone. I actually never had to go into their building. They also showed me all my fluids and what was needed. I most definitely will recommend them. Thank you to all who assisted me and fixed my car in such a timely manner!

Had an issue with my vehicle at their shop that I was not happy about. Vince and Drew both made it right and I greatly appreciate their communication and the fact that they wanted to make it right. That was enough to keep me coming back. I appreciate people that are willing to give the effort to make sure the customer is happy!
