Even though the gym can be packed at times this is an excellent facility. The reasons why: Staff is very helpful and down to earth, the gym is super clean. The people there are very respectful. Facilities stay open and actually work. The air is super clean. There no weirdos in there recording. I like it.

So busy you can’t get a work out done unless you only do cardio. Pool area had an annoying whistling. To make matters worse someone put a lock on the locker my friend had his stuff in so he couldn’t get it out and had to get staff to cut it off.

My kid has always hated this particular Chuze, and now I know why - the manager of their childcare is SO rude and obnoxious. I'll never bring my child back here, stick with other locations if you have children - that lady is unhinged! I did leave a complaint with front desk and never heard back from the manager.

For the past 7 months every time I've gone, all of the olypticals haven't worked because of some wiring issues. Most times the treadmills don't work. The steam room hasn't worked in months even though when I call and ask they always say it is!! Then they make you sign a 13 month contract! Also I like going to classes and they barely have any outside normal work hours

If you're handicap, don't bother with chuze. The handicap spots are always full of vehicles that most of which do not have handicap identification (Thornton police told me they do not inforce on private property, that only the M-F 9-5 code enforcement does that). When you complain to chuze, they say there is nothing they will do.Next, the handicap shower is always in use by someone (who is not handicap). Chuze's excuse "that shower is just a courtesy, and we don't enforce that."The moral of the story is that if your handicap doesn't chuze chuze.

Not only is the facility extremely clean with nice equipment, but the staff is extremely genuine and accommodating. This is one of the better gyms I’ve been to and have no doubt on my mind that these individuals impact the lives of the locals who do have the pleasure of working out here.

The first time I was coming to this gym I really loved it. About a year in I realized they were double charging my bank account. So I brought it to their attention, and it took about three months to get resolved, and all they did was cancel one of them and give me a month refund. Why would anybody be paying for two gym memberships for just themselves? So I left this gym. I ended up coming back here about 3 months ago. Now I am unable to get into the door that takes you to the sauna, steam room, and pool hot tub. Last week I let them know this happened the 3 times that I was here. And someone sitting in the hit tub had to keep letting me in the door. So this morning I go and let them know again it won’t let me in the door and the girl just laughed and said yeah that’s been an issue lately for some ppl. I said, how can we fix that and she said the maintenance guy fixes that. I said, does he not come in very often and she said yes he’s here every day. I said so they aren’t going to fix it? And she said I’m not sure maybe they just need apart and laughed again. Then said maybe they can fix it soon. Have a good day. My membership pays for me to be able to access that. But she pretty much said oh well.??♀️

There is a person on the reception, called Erica, it comes out she is the manager. The ruddest and most not friendly, not welcoming person in the entire gym.She is rude, often act disturbed if you see her , entering the gym.On the few occasions I asked for elastic band she acted extremely annoying, disturbed and bothered my my presence and request. Definitely not welcoming. She acts entitled and above others. It's very unpleasant.She made me wait several times without doing anything, the bands are usually collected under the reception desk. She responds rudely and annoyingly demonstrate that you are not welcome.I honestly got this gym by exception. Definitely not going to renew my subscription.To avoid being treated as enemy and garbage, I purchased my own elastic bands, just to avoid hostility and rudeness. I don't think that anyone deserves that in the end of their working day. I only give it 2 points because the gym is clean. The ladies toilets are usually extremely dirty and stick horrible. The water fountain is usually very dirty and full of hair - all of them. Not exactly the best.

Yall used to be open 24/7 now closing at 10 and 8 is crazy, at the very least yall can just keep it at 12 AM throughout the whole week, buddy passes used to be allowed for members with Premium and now it's only for Plus members.. also crazy. Anual renewal fee, also crazy. Sounds greedy as hell to me and don't even mention that in yall advertisements, but then again why would you? Besides that I can't complain about the somewhat good variety of workout equipment. The staff are very cool, though. If I can find a new gym nearby open 24/7 with steam, sauna, pool and stuff like that I would be gone in a snap
