With what confidence can one take our cars to be repaired if they don't do it right. I took my truck to classic Collision in Thornton. And instead of repairing it for some scratches. They damaged the doors and broke the front glass. And they didn't repair. But they did charge 4,500 dollars to the insurance and the deductible. If they were honest from the beginning, it is said that we cannot repair everything because it exceeds the total value of the truck. But the insurance company charges the deductible and tells you this scratch if it doesn't…. They lie and before giving you the truck they charge you the deductible and deliver it to you incorrectly. I had to take her 2 times and they did absolutely nothing. You call the insurance and they already paid the workshop and they take it there. They don't care about the clients and only the money they can get. Under no circumstances are you going to take your cars & trucks there. They did not explain to me why they have, according to them, an almost 5-star diploma. They are not professional at all.

My nearly new vehicle had extensive hail damage and after speaking with a couple shops in the area, I’m so glad I went with Classic Collision. It was a big job and they did a thorough repair that hit all the details and left my vehicle looking as perfect as it did before the storm. From the initial scheduling through the repair process they made everything easy and kept me updated the entire time. They detailed the inside for me and even helped me out with getting it back around my irregular work schedule. Top notch service across the board!

I truly appreciate the service that I received at the Classic Collision Center on Quivas Street in Thornton. I was in an accident, and I and my truck were taken there. They handled everything. They secured a rental car for me, and kept me updated on the status of the repairs. When I got the truck back, it was perfect. They even took care of small details that existed prior to the accident. They have an eye for detail, and the customer service is first rate!

Kori, is simply amazing!!!!! She did such a great job on my SUB. I was having a bad day, and she went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. Hands down, THE BEST AUTO BODY SHOP FOR QUALITY AND TRUST that I have ever seen. I give this credit to Kori! Thank you!

They did the body repair work on my wife's Jeep Grand Cherokee. Their workmanship is top notch. Their customer service is fantastic! I wish all businesses were like this. Her 10 year old Jeep looks new again. I will definitely recommend Classic Collision to my family and friends!!!

I had a wonderful experience at Classic Collision. They handled everything flawlessly. They dealt with insurance so I didn’t have to and my car came back to me looking brand new. I highly recommend them! Hoping I never need body work again, but in the event I do they will be my first call.

Everyone I encountered at Classic were so kind and professional. They got my car in earlier than I planned and were on top of the communication. Bee and Kyle were especially helpful. They went above and beyond to help me with something when my car was totaled that was not part of the work they were doing. Highly recommend.

Do not take you vehicle here for repairs. I had my vehicle in here for simple body work to the front right fender, passenger door and mirror. After picking up the vehicle, the climate control failed to function (meaning, I could not control the heat or air conditioning by either the manual control buttons or the touch screen), the air bag indicator light was on, and the outside temperature senser was not working. They did fix them after after I brought the car back but they added the cost of everything to my claim. No integrity or ownership of their own fault in causing the additional costs.

They don’t care about their employees why would they care about your car? I even worked on the managers car. Avoid this place at all cost you can take your vehicle wherever you want it’s the law don’t let them touch you car.

I had a great experience working with Classic Collision. Jhann was very kind and was great at communicating the status of my vehicle with me. I am also very appreciative of everything Classic Collision did in dealing with the at-fault driver's insurance company as it alleviated a lot of stress for me, particularly because that insurance company was not kind or pleasant in any of my interactions with them. Additionally, the team detailed the interior or the vehicle to like-new status which I did not expect at all, it was a very pleasant surprise. I would absolutely recommend Classic Collision to others. Thank you all so much for everything!

Absolutely one of the BEST experiences and customer service I have ever had. I will try and be brief, but my experience started 3 months ago. Someone tried to steal the letters off the front of my RAM truck, they got the M and looks like they started on the A because part of it was broken. I had to order the letters and when I received them I didn't realize I wouldn't get the clips included to hold them on. I went to a couple of body shops (won't mention names) that could or would not help me. I went to where I bought my truck and they referred me to Classic Collision. I spoke with a very nice young man (Kyle Hill) in the front office. It was raining outside but he came out and looked at my truck and then looked to see if they had clips that would work. They were pretty busy that day (actually were booked for 4 months) and so he made an appointment for me, that would be (squeezing me in) in a couple of weeks. The week I was to keep my appointment, my Truck broke down, I could not get it in to the dealership for 6 WEEKS! I called Kyle and explained what was going on and he said to just call him when I get my truck back, again he was so nice. It was a pretty extensive break down and I didn't get my truck back for another week or so after the 6 weeks. Finally I called Classic back and spoke to Kyle ( I didn't even think he would remember me, but he did, and made another appointment for me!) He made it for 8:00 in the morning, and I was there! He did the work himself and explained what he did, so I would know. He was GREAT! I know this was a simple job but it meant the world to me! I lost my husband a short time ago, he used to do everything for me. Kyle did not know this, so I appreciated his kindness and professionalism even more. Thank you Kyle! Also, I have to say the young lady (Bee, the receptionist) was a delight, very, very welcoming, I had a lot of fun talking to her. WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL experience. I would give them 1,000 stars. This place is a joke. My car got smashed, and the other insurance said take it here. I dropped my truck off. They pulled my truck in their secure lot with fence locks, barbed wire, and cameras. Someone broken in stole the catalytic converter, and they asked me to claim it on my insurance. I would give a 0, but no option
