COACH Outlet is a global fashion house and leader in leatherware located in Thornton. The store offers the season's latest styles at excellent prices, with a lot of stock and design options in handbags, accessories, and clothing for men and women. Reviews consistently note that the staff is super friendly, helpful, and amazing. Customers report being very well received, with employees checking on them and helping all the time. Staff members are described as making visits a priority, providing excellent customer service, and going above and beyond to help find the right style. They are noted for being not pushy but knowing how to close a deal, and for helping to locate items at other stores when needed. However, some customers feel the security guards are a bit too much, following shoppers around closely instead of standing by the door. Overall, many describe it as a very beautiful experience and a 10/10 store.
The girls there are sweet! They were so patient especially since we went back and forth between a couple bags. We had Miranda and Serenity help us! We noticed some scratches on our bag after purchasing it and they were able to exchange another one. Great customer service at this location!
