terrible customer service i called over 20 times no one answered had to wait 3 hours to get a damn call and yet after receiving a person to talk with i barely got any help or directions to my problem

Had a little inconvenience with a young associate about a can of ravioli to get reimbursed but even with a receipt she didn't care much of customer care satisfaction in customer service I worked before at Walmart and customer service was number one thing to care about I know the Walmart I worked was very good in customer service satisfaction.

Horrible customer service, do not want to do their job! Try to get a simple prescription transfer so I can pick it up from a lunch break. What's put on hold the first time no one came back and then talk to a Hannah who refused to even let me finish a sentence every time I tried to explain to her she'd try to talk over me when I finally told her is she going to let me finish sentence please so understand what I'm asking then this Hannah try to tell me she couldn't transfer my stuff when the other store already told me they could and I've done it before. Hanna continue kept arguing with me refuse to let me talk to anybody else and had me repeat myself at least seven different times. When I asked for the manager Justin she tried to tell me he's not there when I ask for the next manager she said there is not one only another pharmacist.

The tire shop 1. took my car on a half mile joy ride while they had it. 2. stripped my locking lugs so only installed 2 of 4 tires and I had to go to a mechanic to have them removed and replaced. 3. Broke a clip on my hub cap so it won't stay on now. 4. Refused my damage claim, so now I'm hiring a lawyer.

This Walmart is always so packed anytime of the day you go, it's so crowded in the produce section that's right at the front of the store, it's very hard to get what you need. Some employees are nice but some are rude. I actually hate going to this Walmart which sucks for me because it's the closest to my home.

Don't bother asking for help from floor associates unless you speak Spanish. They won't even bother using a translator to assist you, just say "no habla" and walk away.

If waiting to check out takes longer than finding the actual items in the store then there is an issue. Not convenient and the checkout area is chaos.
