Cole Haan shoes are low quality and overpriced! I purchase the Men's ØriginalGrand Energy Twin Oxford $250.00 Color: Black-Safety Yellow. These shoes were worn very limitedly over a two month period before the toe started to disintegrate under my feet. Wendy C. a customer service supervisor only offered me a 30% coupon towards the purchase of another pair of overpriced sh!tty shoes. Unbelievable terrible customer service. As can be seen from the photos, these shoes were barely worn. And they could not exchange them because they stopped making them after they were introduced in 2022. Hmmmm…. I wonder why they stopped making them? Never again, will I buy another pair. I suggest you do not either.

Fatima was completely rude and locked the door when I left before the mall even closed. she even made sure to turn off the music at 8:45 to rush my family out the store I could then over here them speaking about being in a rush and how the mall needs to fix these hours . I will be doing my shopping online from now on. Being a customer that spends a great amount of my hard earnings at this company and dealing with this customer service is very disappointing.??

I rarely ever leave reviews so this is important to me. Today I walked in to this store in Denver at the outlets. the date is 8/31/2023, to look for a pair of loafers. first of all, the doors were locked for an hour during business hours!!the kiosk folks said "they lock the doors and go to lunch". what type of company allows this? Regardless. when they finally arrived, myself and another group of customers walked in and neither of the two employees could be bothered to take their faces out of their phones to acknowledge a single one of us. Literally 10 min passes and eventually the guy says "are you still doing ok?"by this time I'm livid and respond "what do you mean still? you haven't spoken to me once."he says "So do you need anything?" wow... i replied with what i was looking for and he dismissively points in a direction and tried to rush back to whatever they were doing on their phones - playing Pokémon maybe??anyhow, the other folks didn't even get helped. as i was leaving I said "I'm sorry to ruin your phone time"the young lady says "we don't like to help rude people."i pray the store manager or corporate office sees this and does something to address the people who are representing this great brand. Customer service was the worst I've ever seen with my own two eyes.

I had forgotten my receipt and came to the store to exchange a coat for a bigger size and Gabriela was very professional and was able to help me make that exchange by looking up my email address and ensure it was what we needed. In the end her supervisor, Conrad, made sure we were satisfied as well and we were. ? Thanks Gabi for all your help today!

I called and spoke with Konrad today with a plethora of questions and he was able to answer all my questions in great detail. He went above and beyond and even helped me see what they were online. I’ll be heading there after work to make my purchase and will definitely be using this location moving forward.

The woman there was rude and didn’t acknowledge us - even when my husband said goodbye as we left, she still ignored us and we were in there at least 10 minutes with no other customers. She did say hello to the next person who walked in though. Even though I wanted two pairs of shoes, I walked out without them and won’t return or buy their products again.
