The staff are courteous and respectful especially in the xray department. I rated it a 4 instead of a 5 solely because I had to wait 45 minutes due to a lack of clear communication from the receptionist. In addition to the paperwork I filled out, I was also required to check in and complete forms on my phone, which extended my wait unnecessarily. If I had been prompted to complete the check-in process on my phone immediately after being asked to wait, the wait time could have been significantly reduced to just 15 minutes.

Very rude unprofessional staff. A dr. Named Nate was very rude and unprofessional. Physical therapy was the nicest to me. Emma especially. Front desk ladies don’t care and just tell you to take a seat when you ask questions, 2+ hour wait, makes you feel like they forgot about you. Definitely doesn’t feel like “urgent care” DEFINITELY do NOT recommend.

Had an work injury and thankfully I was able to be seen and treated, the staff here are absolutely incredible and amazing

With the customer service was good and I have no complaint with that, I had so much hair taken that I cannot wear my hair down. The amount taken far exceeded what was necessary. I am in sales and I was absolutely scalped.

They should rename this place 2 hour wait for care. There’s no urgency to see you . Had an appointment but still have to wait 45 mins to be seen for 2 mins. Health care system is so messed up!

This place doesn’t deserve a single star not even outlined.My daughter and I have Strep; I know this because my son and husband just tested positive yesterday….. they refused to see us because they” don’t see kids””” since WHEN?!!!! I will stop here because I could rant on forever, if you need to be seen urgently or not, DONT waste your time or gas !!!!

This place has no clue. Worst urgent care ever.I went because my daughter had strep, and I was not feeling good at all. With all of my symptoms the Dr. told me "Probably something viral" and looked very confused. He said to drink fuids and take Tylenol and ibuprofen. A day and a half later of only getting worse, I went to a reputable ER, they confirmed that I had step, and also pneumonia so I was transferred to a hospital.Again, don't go go here if you actually care about your health. I could have gone septic if I believed them.
