This location runs like a well oiled machine. The folks there are very proficient in their duties, they treat you like a human and are very pleasant with you. I would highly recommend this location.

Posting for my dad-today he went in for a respirator fitting and the front desk lady was the most unpleasant and rude woman he has encountered. She would not speak directly to him and would only speak to others about him. When he brought paperwork up she looked at the other person and said he wrote all over this we have to do it again. My dad said I didn’t write on the doctor portion and she wouldn’t even look at him and also rudely mentioned (agin to someone else not my dad directly) about his facial hair being too long. He told the women that did the testing about her (Jessica) and they said my dad wasn’t the only one to complain about her. If you work in the service industry please care about the people in front of you. Or at the very least pretend to care. Everyone else he encountered was wonderful.

Had to come here due to an incident that happened at my dentist and the lady in the front desk was quite rude. The nurses were awesome and friendly. But thankfully I will not be coming back.

staff was friendly but a little unorganized; however be wary this location smells very bad, the smell even permeated my clothes and shoes.

This Concentra Location was awesome professional Staff Clean environment easy process to check in. The office manager was even doing front desk. I think Concentra though should hire 2 more Admistration staff in all there offices I have been to others have noticed that they have Management in front which is good though my opinion they should have couple more. I really like this office close to home and so clean. MA, front office very professional with smiles to.10+ I give

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a dr. I’m 11 pounds in the obese category and he literally talked to me like I was 500 pounds. Almost got punched in his face. People like this should not be doctors. He’s not even a real doctor he’s a PA. Get a life bud.
