My husband and I went to the Thornton Costco today to renew our membership. We are very loyal customers and shop at Costco monthly. I was yelled at and publicly embarrassed by your door greeter Sandy. She needs to be trained again on hospitality!!!!

Good prices if large quantities can be used. The hot dogs and drinks at the snack bar are still $1.50!

Costco is a great place for bulk shopping with good prices, but it does get very crowded. I also noticed some essential items, like certain brands of toothpaste and detergent, were missing. It would be nice to have more options available, but overall, still a solid shopping experience!

Bill at the door checking membership card/receipt is rude. I smiled, looked at him and said "thank you" to him multiple times. He didn't even look at me, there is no "hi", nothing from him. If anything, his angry face says that he is above you, hates his job or hates the place.
