Professional, friendly and quick!It’s at least my fifth pair through Costco and it's always been a great experience from frame selection, lens options to fitting.But when my current semi-rimless frames had a repeated string issue, Tyler took a good look and seeing that I had requested help with these multiple times, not only offered a temporary fix (very good in fact) but also ordered a replacement at no cost.3 days later I was back and Kaitlyn switched the lenses properly and in record time, I just couldn’t believe it and I still think I didn’t thank her enough.Even if I didn’t need a Costco membership, this member service alone is worth it! ❤️?

I've been going here for years for myself and have always had great service. Today was over and above. My 8 yo daughter started needing glasses and we had gotten her a pair from here. Today at school her and a classmated bonked heads and somehow broke her glasses to wear they were toast. I brought them right in and they still had a pair of them on the floor, so they popped out the lenses and switched them out for us so she wouldnt be without glasses for longer than that afternoon. The associate had remembered her and how much she loved them and just went above and beyond. Thank you!

I always get a 5 star treatment, my wife as well. Was recommended a green shade w/ Blue Blocker treatment a couple years back, and have stuck to it. Great combo, and easy on the eyes when outside!

I have bought many pairs of glasses over the years and I must say ordering this pair with Kate was one of my best experiences ever. My wife and I were totally impressed with how friendly yet professional Kate was. We actually had fun if that is possible ordering glass. Thanks COSTCO for having an employee like Kate.

I came with my Rx in hand from a different optometrist and pick a new pair of glasses in a heart beat. Service was good and the prices were great. Planning to have my eyes checked there too next time.

I am not happy with the last two experiences of purchasing eye glasses here. The customer service is sub par. I felt like just a number there. I will go somewhere else even if I have to spend more money.

I had a very good experience. I was able to make an appointment on the day I wanted, quick too. Didn't have to wait at all. I made another appointment for a different optometrist last week was cancelled due to the blizzard. I had to have two appointments. One on Wednesday for the exam then return on Thursday for the contact lenses. I was able to do it all during one visit at Dr Gunderson's office. The office is a bit small but Costco isn't going to give up any more precious floor space than they have to. I thought it was weird to make an eye doctor appointment at a Costco but it turned out to be one of the best appointments I've had at an optometrist. Doesn't seem like they are able to bill a lot of insurance plans. My insurance approved them but they can't bill my insurance. No real big deal as the whole appointment for contact lenses including the retinal photo was only $149. I'll submit for reimbursement. Although it was a very quick appointment, I did not feel rushed. Everything was explained to me and was thoroughly impressed. Anyone who has a hesitation, like I did, about not going to a "real doctor office", should feel at ease.

The optical department lost my prescription and then after I made multiple trips back to order the contacts I received a call saying my order was in. When I arrived to pick them up only the contacts for one eye were there! The other eye was backordered with no estimated date. They then shipped them the following week via UPS requiring a signature, which I was not informed about and was not able to receive. The optical department manager has very poor customer service skills. I will never do business there again.

I love getting glasses here! I bought my first pair about 2 years ago when I was in between my discounted pair with insurance. I needed the blue coating put on them for when using them at work and between everything it was going to be almost $500. $300 of it was for that extra coating. I went to Costco and got the frames, lenses & coatings for a little over $100 without using insurance. Now, again I am in between and my eye dr messed up on my last ones that I paid over a couple hundred for and I haven't been able to wear them. I come back to Costco and am working on getting reg single lenses with blue coating, and sunglasses that are polarized and without insurance it is just over $200. Even with insurance I would be paying around $400-500 from my eye dr. It is Costco all the time for glasses now!

Staff was great here! I really liked the honesty of the doctor on my situation. I was in and out in no time and able to order my glasses afterwards at Costco Optical. Very smooth process....and great price on my glasses at Costco optical!

Price cannot be beat in that it is one third as much as the inept 3D Vision in Broomfield who ruined my wife's lenses somehow in the testing process.

This kiosk within Costco has VERY LIMITED return policy. Its where I normally buy contacts from. Well, I purchased a $70 pair of Bolle sunglasses and they were cheap and broke. Costco Optical said I could not return, exchange, or get a refund because they have a 90 day return policy on all items sold. Very limited compared to the warehouse. I'll never buy a product from the kiosk again.
