Called almost every store near me in Denver to see who had the iphone 16 Pro in stock. FINALLY found a store in Thornton who put me on hold, checked, and came back and said YES we do have that in stock in black and in white. I drive all the way there, she starts getting my info and then tells me they have to order it and it will be delivered to me. I said I called ahead and you said you had it in stock. She says, ya, no we physically do not have it here, but it's in stock with Cricket.... seriously....I guess I didn't think to ask if she can physically hold the phone. Not very smart.

I never post surveys but I want to say that the lady manager working was such a pleasure to work with. I was the last customer of the day and she still assisted me with pleasure and satisfaction after closing hours. I only had questions regarding one of my lines and at no point did she seem angry or annoyed. Thank you Cricket for helping me save money on my lines. Will continue to recommend cricket to my friends and family

Not sure why the prices are different in store vs online. Phone was listed at 99.99 online. So in store should have been only a $25 activation fee on top of 99.99. But i was told yhe phone itself would be 150 in store plus an activation fee. We were going to buy 2 phones but decided not to since in store the phone itself is 50 dollars more. So done with cricket. And the 5g service is basically no where to be found. Thanks for nothing

Bad customer service they are really lazy, trying to make me pay for some service lines that aren't even in use they didn't want to disconnect them made me call 611 and they said they can't disconnect them I need to go back to the store. I spoke with a supervisor named Axel and he told was the one that told me to go back to the store. Then I was told that they can't do anything and they talked to customer service and that they said they can't cancel the service lines. So, the supervisor Axel lied to me and I just change Mobil services. I don't recommend this company because they don't want to help they just want money they'll do anything to make you pay for whatever. I was also told that one of the phones on my account had insurance and I was being charged for that but I never added they did it themselves. Overall bad experience don't recommend this.

Didn't buy a phone today the girl there was great. Super nice and a pleasure to talk to. They didn't have alot of phones but i might go back to buy one there.
