Went in earlier today and one of the “managers”refused to do my return with brand new shoes. Called customer service and they told me to go Right back to the store and thank god she wasn’t working the counters anymore. The awesome store manager Brecca was able to help us out and gave us amazing customer service and was able to find our receipt and accept our return

I have always loved crocs cause they’re so inclusive but now I’ve gone into there and don’t feel as welcome…..seeming to be missing the inclusive mark now. Will only shop online now.

I just went to this store today and the worker (Sherlyn ) who checked me out forgot all of my charms. I reached out to the store about it and the little girl who answered the phone was extremely rude about it and would not give me her name and kept hanging up the phone with out wanting to help me. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this store . I cannot believe I was treated this way.

My experience with this company has been deeply disappointing, primarily due to the extremely poor customer service. Communication was unprofessional and unhelpful, and any attempts to resolve the issue were met with indifference or outright neglect. I expected a basic level of courtesy and support, and unfortunately, that standard was not met. I would caution others to consider this before doing business with them.

First, the lady was super rude when she answered. Second- I bought a pair of Crocs on the 22nd of December for a Christmas gift for my son which he Didn't get till Christmas. It's only the 12th of January and he was walking and the back strap came off. Apparently since we don't have the tags they won't do anything. Even though I can pull up the transaction in my account. Santa will have to do better from now on

I had an amazing experience today between 6 and 7:30 pm today everyone working that hour shift was extremely helpful and I mean EVERYONE, ladies were extremely polite if I had a question or 10 questions they didn’t hesitate to answer and they were Patient with my wife and I and this is my second time in the store and finally bought a pair of crocs and I’m also extremely satisfied as well I will say I hope these ladies working this shift get the Recognition they deserve by the higher ups or boss thank you!

Couldn’t find it- the google review, online crocs site, and the maps in the premium outlets say Suite 125. We walked three aisles of the mall with no luck and called but at that point we were out of time to be able to go. Guess we’ll go somewhere else!

I always buy my crocs at this store but today I walked in and was followed by employees to make sure that I wasn’t stealing!! I got asked multiple times if I needed helped which they all heard that I said I was okay and got asked by a total of 6 people?!? All under the 5minutes that I was in the store! I was looking around since I had called ahead to put an item on hold and there was a line, and I still purchased the items that I had!! It was so rude
