Been a member for ~1 month. Never done CrossFit before. Everyone is really supportive and encouraging. Coaches are extremely patient and quick to make adjustments as needed, which I greatly appreciate.

I joined Mafia almost 3 years ago when I relocated to the area. I tried out several surrounding gyms but Mafia stood out because of their great coaches. All of the coaches are knowledgeable and highly trained! The gym is also very clean and the equipment is well maintained.
A big part of CrossFit is the community. I had my 2nd baby shortly after joining Mafia and the gym members organized a meal train for me once my baby arrived. I will forever be grateful for all the support and generosity this community showed me. Mafia is so much more than a gym, it's also a wonderful welcoming community.

Joined CrossFit Mafia after five years in CrossFit. The experience has been reinvigorating particularly with the vitality class. All the coaches I have encountered have been outstanding with detail to form.

I have been a member less than 1 year and have really enjoyed the gym, getting stronger and being challenged. The coaches are exceptional, they all bring a unique element but all share their ability to breakdown each movement and really focus on quality. Great people and community that supports each other, definitely not your average gym.
