They've slowly turned into the worst pharmacy. They suddenly stopped automatically refilling. When I use the automated system to get my meds refilled, it just doesn't happen so now I have no medicine. Good luck ever talking to a human.

Highly recommend CVS pharmacy in Target in Thornton. They made it so easy and efficient to schedule, run insurance, and obtain my routine vaccinations same-day!

If I could give less I would! They lie constantly about the medications they have in stock and not in-stock. When you call and leave a voice message it usually takes hours 3+ hours to get a call back if they even call back. Whomever runs it needs to change things so this doesn't keep happening or they just need to be FIRED at this point!!! To allow your employees to lie to the patients about their medication is just so incredibly WRONG!! I would NEVER recommend this pharmacy to anyone!!! Please stay far away for the good of your own health!

Worst pharmacy ever! I only gave them 1 star because zero stars is not an option! The only reason I use this pharmacy is because my insurance will only cover my prescriptions if I use them otherwise, I wouldn't give them the time of day! Every time my Ozempic is due they seem always be out and never seem to get it in , in time for my next dose. Maybe they need to learn how to take inventory and order what they're low on or out of a little better. I'm glad I'm not on any actual lifesaving medications or I'd probably be dead by now

Made an appointment for a vaccine, checked in early via the app and at the counter. Waited an hour only to get a text that my appointment was cancelled and a sign at the desk that the pharmacy was closed for lunch despite their posted hours saying they were open.
I'm pretty sure you could be dying on the ground and you would not get helped here.

Been feeling off. So I checked my prescription vs what this pharmacy prescribed me at my last refill. They doubled the dosage of my antidepressant. So please, please, please double and triple check what they’re giving you. I would’ve never imagine something like this would happen. We should be able to trust our pharmacies to fill the correct dosages for us. ?

This is the only pharmacy that has ever turned me away because they “ closed soon” I walked in 30 minutes before y’all closed. I’ve literally had to provide service to customers 2 minutes before I had to close shop. Yeah I had to stay later but I get paid for that, and so do these people.
I needed medicine for my tooth infection and for the pain of a pulled tooth. Pretty lame of y’all. Won’t ever fill a prescription here again.

This CVS has been very responsive and easy to use. About a year ago they were experiencing staffing shortages. But for the past year, they have been fully staffed and service is quick and friendly. I usually don't have any wait when picking up a prescription, or at the most 5 minutes. I also like the automated refill and text reminders.

The absolute worst. If your health insurance does not force you to use CVS, for the love of god, do not go here! I had an electronic prescription get lost somewhere in their system and called to try to get it filled. CVS staff at this location refused to help me. They told me my doctor never sent the rx, even though it was sent three weeks prior. They told me I had to call my doctor. I called, confirmed the rx was sent, called CVS back, and explained. Their response: “your doctor didn’t send the rx. You need to call your doctor.” They refused to get on the phone with my doctor to try to figure out the problem and insisted I call my doctor to send the rx. My doctor sent the rx two more times that day. Still nothing and they still refused to help me and instructed me to call my doctor. I asked for their help and they treated me like I was an annoyance and that filling my prescription was not important.
They eventually told me that they were experiencing issues with their system and it could take up to three days for them to receive the rx electronically. They told me I had to call corporate; corporate was outraged and said it is the pharmacy’s responsibility to call the IT help desk when they have issues. I ultimately got a hold of their District Leader who said this isn’t a thing. They were just blowing me off. I spent all day making phone calls, getting no assistance from the pharmacy and didn’t get my rx filled. They were rude and very clearly bothered that I needed their help. The next day, after calling the corporate office my prescription magically appeared on my CVS portal. It was out of stock, so I called to see if it was available at another location. They said I needed to call the other locations to find out if it was available. I insisted they do it so they could transfer the rx if it was in stock, they reluctantly agreed and said they would call me back. An hour and a half later no call. I call in and they said they called the other location once and they did not answer the phone and acted like that was all they could possibly do. I asked if it was policy to only call once and give up, and the pharmacy tech had the nerve to tell me that they are a busy store and “can only spend so much time on one customer.” These people should be embarrassed and ashamed of themselves. It’s unbelievable that CVS allows this pharmacy to treat others this poorly.

Update
They are really trying in the past couple weeks to get things back on track. I appreciate the staffs efforts to make corrections.
Since Jeff left, things are not the same...and it was clear he was overworked. Sad state of affairs at the ol CVS these days.
