The employees don’t care about sanitation, quality of work, or customer service. They are thieves and liars… I had a horrible experience and was told if I came back in they would be able to refund me and when I returned for the refund they changed their mind and said they couldn’t do the refund because my nails took over an hour and proceeded to blame me for wanting long nails. I am absolutely appalled by everything about this experience.

Im extremely disappointed, my mom and I have been regulars here for 10+ years and we’ve never had a problem until now. Friday night I had a set of acrylics put on, they were on the long side but nothing I haven’t done before and by Saturday morning two had already broken in half… One of them broke while I was petting my dog! This was the flimsiest set of nails I have ever had :( and by Sunday, paint was chipping off of them as well. By Tuesday morning (4 days after getting them done) I was already missing 4 nails so I decided to just have them taken off. I was already really upset about the $65 I wasted on these nails but on top of that when I went in to have them removed not only was I made to feel like it was my fault for getting them long in the first place (which I’ve done many times) but she tried to pop them off !! If you’re unfamiliar that’s where they shove another nail or tool in between my natural nail and acrylic nail which is very painful and damaging. And after 45 minutes going back and forth from soaking and filing, not only is there is still acrylic on my nails but they look absolutely dreadful. Acrylic nails are a luxury I don’t allow myself very often so wasting the money was disappointing enough but now I don’t even know if I can come back to the salon I grew up going to.

Stylist: Anna always does an amazing job on my nails. I have been going to her for over 6 years and even though I moved farther way about 5 years ago I still make the trip to see Anna. Sometimes I let Anna pick the colors and design and I always get compliments on what she does.

Everyone is so friendly and always willing to do the designs I bring in. Rose always spends the time never rushes! Everyone does a fantastic job! I would recommend this salon to anyone.

My daughter (4) and I love to come here and get our nails done. Everyone is always so friendly and they work really well with my daughter! We’ve been coming here for over a year and love coming back! Definitely recommend them for all services!

I am very very disappointed I pay them a lot, and they are very nice yes but I pay them $180 a month every month for me and my daughter . For my daughter they just do whatever they decide and after its too late to say anything because they’ve already done it and this time I’m so disappointed They just painted right over my old color and put new nails right over my color from last month and it’s pilling off now right down to where they left the old one on because they didn’t do it to my nails so it’s not sticking so it’s peeling right off to the old color and if you look at the pictures, you could see my old color under all the nails, so I got them painted white last time they were pink and black For Valentine’s Day and you could still see all of the color underneath the white ones on the sides of it you can see under my nails and look how this one just pulled right off right down to where the old one was I’m so disappointed ! ?

Worst place. My daughter and I when to do our nails. My daughter had the basic pedicure with hot towels and some stuff. The old lady that was with her didn't use the hot towels, I needed to remind her a couple time about it. If your really know your job, No one needs to tell you what to do. Then after a few days her manicure was peeling off already. We go to our regular nail salon but we wanted to try something different. Worst experience ever, first and last visit.
