Fast and friendly service. My tires for my car weren't in stock but they were able to order them from the warehouse same-day and I was able to come back a few hours for them to get installed real quick!

Very bad service Justin w called me up for service when I asked him to explain to my dad about his tire he walked away and said when I have time and maid me stand in line again worst service I ever had won't be coming back

NEVER AGAIN!!! 0 STARS!! I have been going to this location for years. After purchasing $1,200 worth of tires that lasted only 10,000 miles of the advertised 30,000 mile warranty, AJ explained to me I would need to purchase tires at full price or put a $100 cash deposit in order to set an appointment to have them inspected (ONLY if I am purchasing new tires). Then I have my wife bring her car in (for the needed tire inspection) and Darien A. tells her because the tires are worn they are unable to to honor the mileage warranty. Seriously!?! The tires are ineligible for a mileage warranty because the are worn. That's why they have a mileage warranty. What a lack of integrity! He then goes on to explain because they are staggered tires they can only honor half of the mileage warranty. Lets do the math 30,000 / 2 = 15,000. 10,000 is less than 15,000. Simple math really.
I have several vehicles I bring here for my tires and my experience has always been very reasonable in this type sales environment. With that said, blatantly taking advantage of my wife and I on this go around has left a sour taste in my mouth. After reading the other reviews, it is clear, these salespeople are directed to take advantage of people who are not familiar with the industry, including women. Discount Tire has LOST ANY AND ALL FURTHER business from myself, my family, my friends and anyone else I can let know the unscrupulous behavior Discount Tire has shown us. This company does not value their customers and greatly lacks integrity. I will use ANYONE (even at a higher price) than continue to use discount tire for any future needs on any of my vehicles. Being one of the largest tire retailers in the world it's very obvious they could care less about customers and they are just concerned with pushing volume through the door making you JUST A NUMBER to them. I am convinced ANYONE would receive better treatment from any OTHER tire store including the teenagers at Walmart. SHAMEFUL!!

High-pressure sales tactics every time. Brought my car in for a simple nail in the tire—they removed the nail but didn’t even bother refilling the air. It’s frustrating that you have to ask them to do the most basic part of their job. Felt more like they were focused on upselling me than helping. Very disappointing."

Can't believe all the low reviews.. This place is the best and they always do what they can to take care of me as soon as possible. They are ALWAYS slammed and always have so much going on. All of the guys are knowledgeable and super friendly. They take care of all 4 of our vehicles.

They pretty much sold me bad tires, I even purchased the warranty on them for replacement, no questions asked. It hasn’t even been 20k miles and they’re already balding. I keep calling to get help and all they give me is the run around. So much for warranty.

After years of positive experiences, this is my first bad one. The wait was very long, which itself isn't the problem but they were not communicating that to us. I got a text saying my car was done almost 40 minutes before they even pulled it into the bay. I'm sure it was an automatic text since it came about 15 minutes after the time I was quoted for completion. (It took a little over 2 hours all said, but I was quoted 45 mins).
This is also the first time I felt like the employees were BSing me, trying to sell me something I didn't need. They were all chatty and buddy-buddy with the male customers but they would barely acknowledge the females. When a lady got upset about the wait, the employees were very disrespectful and did nothing to try to calm the situation, just suggested that go somewhere else. All this guy had to say was "I'm sorry it's taking longer than expected" but instead he starts arguing, telling her she hasn't been here that long and he can just give her her keys back because they haven't started. She wasn't the only one upset about the wait, but to tell her she hadn't been waiting? Come on! We'd all been waiting a lot longer than you said we would.
