Actually here because of poor customer service at 711. Don't make it to this dollar 🌲 much but unlike my 711 the customer service was above average. More web surf than web master forgot about poor customer service @73/lowel and 120/lowel until deamon made Nichole go off on me at 128 store. Never had a problem with Nicole before deamon returned. I will be printing up flyers education people to shop Walmart and dollar 🌲 rarher than to deal with 711 unprofessional employees. When this location had grand reopening they gave promotional flyers but it was not clear that these were coupons I gave mine to my wife not knowing it would be needed for the deal. I had to get the coupon back from my wife and even then the employee acted like it was coming out of his pocket. People bag on Walmart but they seem to have better customer service lately than others. Also how come McDonald's did better job of serving food hot when they were cheap?

Argh! They were out of Christmas wrapping paper! Haha, I knew better but I had my fingers crossed it was late in the season. So that's on me. Seriously this is a busy store and they always have a million things, and things sell out. No complaints, no problems, fun place to shop. Never spend less than 20 bucks! Who knew that dollar stuff could add up so quickly!
By the way the little lady at the cash register was pleasant, kind and friendly. Given the length of the lines at the store that was quite impressive! Unfortunately I didn't get her name.

The older lady tells us to switch to her line.we lose our spot in the line we were in then proceeds to tell us she's not helping anymore customers. I strongly believe it was race related and I will drive to a farther location or other store completely, just so my hard earned money doesn't not contribute to that rude employees paycheck.

The staff was rude for patiently waiting for single mothers who wished they had more than a dollar and a quarter to put more gifts under their fake trees if they’re lucky so kinda sucky management behavior to ask me nicely to run out of your store bc you never said no to your receipt after closing on your face so say grace. Amen 🙏 and to all a good night at least I got my tree set up for like 4$ ish so I’m happy zero complaints

Recently they got new employees here about 4/5 months ago the staff was amazing. There’s a new woman who was and continues to have the worst attitude known to man kind. She acts like working there is forced on her. When I get to the register she was looking annoyed I’m like “ hello how are ya?” She just looking at me with this cold look like I have 3 heads and doesn’t say a thing. The recipe says her name was Jennifer.

These big box stores w extremely poor customer service . Jessica ( manager ) was to busy to asked the phone when i called . Went into store and her poor attitude and not wanting to help . Is another reason to avoid this location
