I scheduled an appointment to test drive a car, but when I arrived there was a wait. Why schedule if you wait the same as a walk in? Then, when someone was available, the car I wanted to drive was on hold, and no longer available. No one called to let me know, the front desk didn’t even let me know when I checked in. Inefficient and poor customer service. To put the cherry on top, the sales person didn’t offer to call me if it became available and just gave up. Wasted my time for nothing.
